There are people who only watch the anime, people who only read the Railgun manga without reading the novels, people behind the LNs, people who frequent these threads but wait until each novel is completely translated to avoid spoilers in the threads and quit lurking during the translation, etc, and whether you like it or not, they are part of the Raildex fanbase. It would be another story if you said the list was just a representation of Index readers.
