I think it would've worked better if it was entirely episodic with one judgment an episode instead of trying to get some kind of hamfisted plotline out of the concept set up by Death Billiards

Personaly for me - one of the best shows of 2015. I really enjoyed this dark atmosphere.

It was the only anime I've watched this year that was exceptionally great.
