I want to buy a Rei figurine and I found a deal with a local merchant, he is selling me this Revoltech figurine for $80 USD.

Is this a good deal? I don't know too much about Eva figurines, but this one seems to have the best balance between price and quality.

Okay, I got a $50 prepaid MasterCard like 6 months ago that I wasn't using, so I figured I'd use it all towards a larger purchase on Amazon JP. I tried putting it all onto an Amazon JP gift card, but it's not working, and now my account has been put on hold, and I had just made a fairly large order.

I don't understand what the problem is. The only thing I can think of is that I put the name on the credit card in as For You. No, seriously, that's what it said on the card. Should I have put my actual name in instead?

And where the fuck am I going to get a fax machine?

How long has it been since it's been shipped? If it hasn't been a day or something, it comes out like that. But it you paid for Expedited Parcel and still comes out as Regular, call Canada Post and ask what kind of shipping it was sent in as.
If it was sent in a regular, then go complain to the seller or eBay and ask for a copy of the receipt of shipping. Canada Post shows what kind of shipping it was sent as on the receipt.

Don't demand anything. Just be nice and point it out. And then if he/she is being belligerent then report it to Ebay. Maybe nothing will happen, but demanding something from the seller is a pretty easy way to get absolutely nothing.

Well as I was packing up one of my things I accidentally dropped it pretty much destroying the package (it hit a corner and slid across the floor).

I told the person before they paid, but after the auction was won what happened and then they got super pissed. I was going to offer them a discount or the ability to just have me cancel the auction. They demanded I give them a 50% discount (it was already pretty cheap). They called me a liar and called me incompetent and that they were going to get me banned from Ebay if I didn't give them one in the condition that was shown in the pictures.

I just cancelled the auction and ignored them and Ebay did nothing.

Accidents happen. Maybe he/she didn't realize you paid priority or Ebay's shitty printing system messed up because it wasn't auto updated. Just be nice about it, otherwise they'll just shit on you. Don't demand or request anything and definitely don't threaten them.

I can do international purchases with it, apparently. It says that that all foreign purchases will have an additional charge of 2.5% of the transaction amount. I was trying to buy a 4812 yen Amazon gift card for $50 CAD, though I also tried a few times with amounts slightly lower than that in case the exchange rate slightly changed in the few seconds I did it.

I don't know if buying a code for a Japanese Amazon gift card would warrant that 2.5% charge, though. If it did, then I'd probably have to bring the amount on the gift card down to 4690 yen or something to compensate.

Originally the auction had regular shipping, but I talked the seller into using expedited, and it's even on the invoice I paid, so I think I'm entitled to it.
