That Urahara face though.
Never seen that fucker so shaken
Ukitake is the real soul king, he's been hiding alongside his "army". Just think about it, he's been always acting frail and never fought against anyone ever. The ultimate kubo asspull.
I would just like Kubota to remember that the Shinigami are actually the bad guys as was first very obviously established in the SS arc. Everyone they've been fighting sonce have actually been the underdog good guys trying to overthrow an exceptionally corrupt and oppressive regime.
But for some goddamn reason, even though he's seen first hand how fucked up Soul Society is, Ichigo decided to forget everything he learned about them and join their side despite it obviously being the wrong one.
Though I guess they've got Rukia, so i guess that's what did it for him.
Soul King seems less like a governing body than a true king/god, and more of an empty shell holding the worlds together. Sure, all is lost without him, and he is the only thing keeping the world in existence. That may merit the title of a god/king but Aizen actually wants a proper leadership role to be taken
Since when were you under the impression of not being talking about construction equipment.
Also, fuck the online reades that keep forcing this shits into chapters
how did he realized this
is he a quincy or connected to the soul king somehow?
>tfw urahara is the second son
This was the only good thing to come out of yesterday's chapter.
Apart from the fucking roof crumbling there was an earthquake.
Did you read this or what?
Everyone else but Rukia has those reactionlines around them. She seems internally shocked, while others are still on the level here. I got the feeling that Rukia is more shocked about Ichigo failing than the Soul King dying.
Also, how the fuck would Urahara know what's going on? Why would he react like that? He has always been as cool as a cucumber, even against Aizen.
I bet he's just faking it so nobody would suspect him. He MUST HAVE KNOWN that Ichigo would react like he did. There's no way that Urahara would be so careless.
That's a good observation about Rukia, I didn't notice that. I wouldn't be surprised if she was more worried about Ichigo's well-being than the state of the entire world collapsing
I suggest that we spread this image around as a joke and claim that it's real.
Oblivious people always come to these threads asking if it's worth to pick up Bleach again after arc X
Tsukishima will stop it guys, don't worry
He can't let Inoue die
Shutara did say Aizen was the lesser evil. And although I don't think she knows shit about anything worth mentioning, this statement in particular should be correct. At the very least, with Aizen as the SK, the world might not be destroyed, as it seems to be Yhwach's objective.
>Ichigo realizes that Zangetsu makes him subject to Yhwach's will
>gets rid of it
>Shirosaki is the only part of his soul left
>Vastolorde Ichigo again
>Yhwach is raped
>Royal Realm is raped
>Orihime is raped
>some plot twist with Urahara and Aizen
When did you fall under the impression that your five isn't mine?
Can we just step back and...what
>Ywahch: The Soul King was made
Soul king is an artificial soul or something?
Xcution, as masters of matter manipulation, stabilize the world while Aizen, Kenpachi and Ukitake deal with Soul King in Buff/Control/DPS formation.
Series ends with Kubo submitting to illness , dying words "good to see you again, soul reaper"
Gotta say I'm hype for Ukitake. Since his introduction its been implied that the role he plays is far greater than has ever been revealed.
The final meeting between Ukitake and Shunsui seems to confirm this, as it is implied that either a) the two have a ulterior plan set or b)the two seemingly inseparable duo have been working at opposite ends their entire lives and have now reaching the deciding moves.
His face in the panel says it all. A man seemingly marsalled by the maxims of peace and serenity, a person who has likely actively nerfed his power with crippling illness, has the face of RESOLVE. Same face he had when Aizen left SS.
I'm feelin a real big Kubo around the corner
You'd have to be a bit stupid to not realize how they're foreshadowing for awhile now that Soul King is really more of a title, or a sacrifice, in the sense that someone can take his place as the pillar that holds the worlds together.
Ichigo is being set up to take his place at the end, which is why Shunsui gave Ichigo's friends those tickets to visit the afterlife while being all "Ichigo, what he's going to become after this all goes down, he's not going to come back this time".
He'll be the new sacrifice/king that protects the worlds with his body as the lynchpin, and two people set it up so it would occur like this.
>Yhwach is son of Soul King
>Masaki is daughter of Yhwach because he is father of all Quincies
>So Yhwach is Ichigo's grandfather
>Ichigo is descendent of the Soul King
When did people first start theorizing this? First arc?
something's wrong with hime's boobs this chapter...
One of two ways.
The first is, either Ichigo or Aizen become the new soul king. The second is, Rukia wakes up on the day of her execution and Kubo is trying to turn the series into something good again.
It'll be one of those.
Ukitake is being set up as the obvious choice, but something is going to prevent that and it will be someone TOTALLY UNEXPECTED, like Ichigo. Aizen is done, I'm pretty confident of that.
I heard people theorizing orihime would be able to fix the SK before this chapter but, as usual, she cant do shit.
Ukitake might do something drastic, maybe sacrificing himself or something along those lines.
But somebody needs to powerup soon.
Aizen is absolutely done, it'll be revealed through dialog between side characters that this whole Quincy bullshit could have only happened if he did what he did and that his goal of becoming the soul king or whatever was just a red herring to make someone else soul king and shake things up.
And then Aizen comes in at the last page and kills the new soul king, becoming the NEW new soul king. And the Hogyoku was required to do this, it was all for this moment!
All according to keikaku.
The chance of Aizen escaping from his prison now is pretty high since all od soul society is crumbling, it would be logical his cell room is vanishing along with his restraints.
I wouldn't be surprised if he showed up all of a sudden or secretly escaped.
I don't think he'll escape by himself, that wouldn't be KUBOOOO enough.
I personally think Kyoraku is going to set him free as soon as he hears that the SK is dead, to take his place and become the new sacrifice.
Maybe he's already doing that.
Goddam you people are blind.
Ukitake and Shinsui knew this would happen so they made preparations. Why the fuck would they make Aizen a Soul King? It's obvious from the last page that Ukitake will become the vessel for the SK, remember when Aizen's condom form started to break apart before he want all Butterfly? Same thing is happening to Ukitake.
>Supposedly modern but we never see touch phones or internet
>All technology is from roughly when Tite was a high school student
It all makes sense now. Not even Tite could make this shit up...
1) Soul king was sealed involuntarily by royal guards
2) His physical state changes depending on the state of the world
3) Shutara has amputee fetish
4) Kubo forgot it just like everything else in this arc
>tfw this thread has me watching the first season of bleach again.
Holy shit its great.
>Dat relaxing starting bit.
>When everything was simple and nice.
But seriously. I'm worried I might ride this ride a bit too long.
>Aizen steps out and says everything has gone according to Kekaiku
>everyone is easily defeated
>A second Aizen comes out of ichigo
>says he came back in time to stop himself from killing the soul king
>Aizen had manipulated himself into letting Ichigao being born, Ichigao was always Aizen
>Second Aizen kills the first Aizen
>Aizen breaks out of Jail and aborbs the first and second Aizen and reveals he is actually from the far future and has to fight off alien soul reapers
I think he would kill himself honestly.
That's also acceptable, but only if it's with love.
Holy shit. Never been to a Bleach thread. What the fuck is going on? HAHAHAHA
Aizen. My guess is that kamekake or whatever can somehow stabilize things long enough to go and fuck Bach up. Aizen knew the SK was going to get killed, so now that the deed has been done Kyoraku's going to bust him out so they can set their keikaku in motion.
wait, hey guys. what if all worlds; Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, the Dangai, and the Human World are part of Soul king's soul or body.
you remember Fullbringers? They can manipulate the souls that reside in all physical matter.
Hogyoku and Aizen will return and make Ichigo's desire to have the power of the Soul King to save everybody come true and everything will be purified and everybody will be alive because Ichigo controls the souls and Orihime and Ichigo will say goodbye and much feelings and tears as Ichigo is locked away in Soul King palace to have orgies with the Zero Division.
And then, finally, Kon will be a real boy.
I'm surprised nobody else did this, tbh.
>wait, hey guys. what if all worlds; Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, the Dangai, and the Human World are part of Soul king's soul or body.
you remember Fullbringers? They can manipulate the souls that reside in all physical matter.
You know, the biggest problem with all this, he world ending, king dead, Ywach being the Asscracker.
I'm just not feeling it.
It's bloody pointless. The series is ending you know it's just all pointless now because you know there can't be long term effects.
Back when Aizen came up, or Ichigo turns Hollow, you know those things will count latter. That's just not here anymore. That's all.
Doesn't feel like anything.
>none of this will matter
>after bleach ends kubo announces next manga
>strawberry is soul king
>sporty sister is main character
Following the Bleach formula, the first arc would be REALLY good...And he'd still find a way to ruin it, eventually.
>Rukia wakes up on the day of her execution
>Kubo said this is the final arc
>use that to turn back and reboot every other arc and change the outcome
Bleach - The Second Chapter, coming soon to a browser near you.
The Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy aren't real either. You're waifu, too.
Just watch it from the start until Ichigo throws Rukia from the top of that giant crucifix after rescuing her. And then stop and watch no more.
The first arc from the start to Rukia's rescue is still my favorite arc ever in any anime.
Aizen distorded yawach time sense... permanently, so he can see the future, but shifted, so there's a time he has never forseen or experience, that tiny window will be the key, because he cannot forsee anything that originated during that time, so it's a "time blind spot"
Aha! So there are still people around who find this odd.
It is unfortunate that everyone is focused on that silly Urahara expression. To be fair, he never made a face like this before. Still, I think, as you also mentioned, there's currently more happening around the dual
Zanpakuto wielders. Ukitake making this face, Kyoraku and his plans. I wonder how many steps are left until those two turn around everything that happens. Like they did in the SS arc.
Everything that happened until now gave me the impression that those two had their own game running all along. They too seem to be capable players, fit for acting characters in one of Kubo's plot twists.
Naturally, we won't know for sure until next week. Those who have an eye for the bigger picture already presented their explanations for the Ukitake face in previous threads.
>yhwascabach can see the future
>aizen was sealed and powereless in his seat when moustachio man visited him
>aizen gets released when soul society breaks
>confronts ghostly burt reynolds
>uses kyoka suigetsu in the future to distort ychwachs sense of time in the past
But even with all of this, the soul king did nothing when yawach got there, even if it's implied that the SK has a will and express opinions.
Are the RG always talking in a figure of speech?
What the hell is going on here?
If the Soul King didn't do anything then he didn't need to because he's not in direct danger. He's the fucking Soul King his powers probably dwarf even Juha's shit.
That or they're all experiencing an illusion from Aizen.
>implying bleach will ever end
it will be a cycle, the last page will be rukia leaping on that power post of her first appearance on chapter one.
That way bleach will always happen.
the soul king is most likely incrusted in a hougyoku.
The hougyoku s created by compressing and modifying a lot of souls.
Loord toofsy called the royal realm a graveyard when they got there.
The creation of the ouken required of at least 100k powerful souls.
The creation of the soul king probably took millions and millions of souls.
I don't think the monk can just write "soul king" onto someone like that.
Shinji can't keep his fucking mouth shut, and every time it's lethal.
ichigo is the soul king that must happen Rukia is his guardian for all eternity, the one that sets the gears of fate in motion every time reality is reset
It would be like poetry!
So, Kyoraku will obviously be relevant, and we all know that Kubo loves hyping Kenpachi.
But will Soi Fon and Shinji do anything or are they only on this page because they were the only captains around?
His keikaku is already in motion.
Isshin and Masaki having a Quincy/Hollow/Shinigami offspring that would one day kill the Soul King was part of his keikaku all along.
Aizen lost on purpose, his goal was for Ichigo to get stronger for this very moment
>Is hell getting destroyed too?
>Sorry for google translate.
and adding this picture
Ask /jp/ or the japanese thread how to actually say "Is hell getting destroyed too?" or post it directly in english,i shit you not I'm almost sure that Kubo knows english fairly well.
An half assed post will likely get ignored.
Predictions for next chapter :
>chapter opens with shocked reaction faces from random shinigami and the captains with urahara
>several pages of both shinigami and people in the real world talking about the "earthquakes"
>the captains are yelling at urahara, demanding to know what's going on but urahara is just shocked and mumbling to himself
>ukitake and captain fabulous is in some dark place talking cryptically about how the prophecy was fulfilled
>they look at something off panel
>sado and orihime are panicking, orihime is yelling KUROSAKI KUN
>page of ichigo still locking swords with juha bach
>what will ichigo do now that the world is ending??!?!?!! find out in the next issue of shounen jump!!!!
>post it directly in english,i shit you not I'm almost sure that Kubo knows english fairly well.
No he is hardly able to read it. This was the cause of of some issues in the past.
>the war potentials are those who can fracture their souls to do what they desire
>everyone who can split their soul i insanely strong
>all of them are either fragments of the soul king or descendants
>ichigo, aizen, kenpachi, ywach are related
I want a filler arc where Kon and Chappy cause mayhem in Karakura town using Ichigo and Rukia's bodies.
Too bad we'll never have sol shenanigans ever again
This image stressed me out so much I had to see what it looked like the other way.
>Baraggan at least deserved to go to hell as well, and Nnoitra.
do we know about what they did as humans?
Also as those hollows are a cluster of souls, which one gets judged?
Salazyel and Aaroniero where special cases because they evolved in unnatural ways and they kept their main soul intact.
The rest of the high ranked espada that died probably got everyone of their multiple souls purified and suddenly like, 10k people appeared in the rukogai or some shit.
>old soul king was helplessly sealed in a containment of some kind
>WHAT CAN WE DO?
Shouldn't they just put Bach in the same seal as the old king? If the old king still had control in that seal, there's no way he'd be killed that easily, so in truth Ichigo freed a prisoner and the word "king" is a misnomer.
They need a character at Ichigo/Aizen/Bach level to go brain dead without actually dying. Soul King is really Soul Prisoner, and so defenseless you can literally walk up and stab him and he can't stop you, only an idiot would volunteer for a job like that
Central 46? They're still around, they showed up in this arc already.
>Gets beaten by fucking Tousen of all people in TBtP.
>First time he uses bankai he jobs so badly to wonderweiss it wasn't even shown on screen.
>Second time he uses bankai he jobs so hard he gets turned into a zombie for the other team.
He's pretty shit, yeah.
I always thought that Ulquiorra's nihilism was a consequence of some sort of equilibrium among all hi souls, so when he wakes in that forest and dosen't remember who he is and why he is there, it's because no soul could take full control, so in order so survive and not get eaten he just acts, and as no soul is dominating, he don't get any of the characteristics of a single soul, say, a personality, his only trait is the one common to all hollows, to get stronger.
In Stark's case I think he ate so many souls that he lost himself among them, and when he lost track of himself, and forced by loneliness, he just created two personalities, himself and Lilynette.
So in these cases what moved them forward, before they conform the hollows we see in the manga, was just survival instinct, not a desire to become stronger, as opposed to the cases of Grimmjow and Noitra for example, it's pretty clear that their personalities where the original ones, strong and dominating any other so they could keep track of themselves due to stubbornness.
But that's just my opinion.
Because whenever it's about to die I bump with Rukia
Although I agree with you, you're on 4chan, I wouldn't bother arguing about this.
We can all agree that regardless of gender, Giselle is a creepy necrophiliac that Kubo somehow got past the censors
God I miss this. Back when the manga was about Ichigo in the human world, and Rukia lived in his closet.
>Ichigo can't see any spirits, shinigami, hollow, ect.
>Rukia sneaks away from her VC duties to spy on him in his closet
Thank god for semi-canon, I'm not even a shipper
>no backgrounds even when he is being filmed
Is discussion over until next chapter? Are dank me-mes all we have left now?
Death save the strawberry is considered canon by KUUUBO
So it is canon
Well, I'm going to sleep, good night sweet thread
Kubo literally despises Orihime. He says he likes her, and defends her, but trashes her character endlessly and uses her for shitty fanservice all the time.
It's so fucking funny. Sasuga Kubo-sensei
>I love my life
Which makes Aizen plans all the more insane. Who has control of how the worlds turn out? The one putting the SK in place or the SK?
How in league with this plan has Isshin been? Aizen clearly wanted to use himself at some point but since Ichigo is a bit of everything he's the best candidate and now we're going to go through a slog of each side vying for control of him for their own purposes.
I've waited for fucking years to get this kind of lore out of this series and it's going to be delivered in cryptic sound bites.
If Hell exist does that mean Heaven exist as well?
There's going to be a few teams.
Ichigo wondering what to do, either run away from this, willingly become SK or be forced into SK.
Then you've got each teams support characters, some might team swap with new information about how the world is held together, or start lashing out at anyone else.
Hell this is just the start of exposition and final team defining.
now that the seireitei vanished. aizen is free. cool. double boss arc. double loot!! i hope ichigo wear his magic find gear.
Kubo will extend his life with many landwhale tears this week
Can someone sum up the story of bleach up until now for me?
I don't know that you can.
MC sees ghosts, combat ghosts come to town, MC becomes a combat ghost, rescues a combat ghost MC wants to fuck. Has to fight combat ghosts friends because of plotkai. Eventually has to fight evil combat ghosts for 5 years who amount to nothing. Turns out he's a super combat ghost with ghost lineage, with good pedigree and genetic manipulation from multiple entities playing with MC. He just killed god and is about to become god because all the other parties are playing with him because reasons.
I don't think it can be summed up, but apparently utterly everything about Ichigo has had a degree of manipulation about it from multiple groups.
Maybe we'll be able to see some stable theme in the series once it's all over but it's just a big ball of plans from all these other characters for some unknown end because we keep getting new 'information' be it true or not of how the world works.
That would be awesome,
> Urahara and Aizen secretly worked together
>plan to destroy all the worlds and use Kyouka Suigetsu to create their perfect world
>special arc of the both of them soloing Juhabach and the rest of the quincy
>some tension between the two
Kubo, You can still redeem yourself and this manga.
I remember I used to watch the anime where they were killing some werewolves or something? Then they went to desert hell or some shit? Then I get impatient after episode 175 or whatever the heck it was. Watching on those shitting streaming sites, well actually veoh when they weren't so copyright happy.
Thank god I gave up on this show. Shounen, not even once man.
He swapped memories of her brother though, which is pretty fucked up.
Kinda like how with Byakuya it was memories of Yorouichi or whoever taught him shit.
Byakuya still didn't give a fuck.
>yuhabach gets fucked by Ichigo
>possesses Ishida because quincy blood mechanics
>Ichigo has to kill Ishida, except this gets retconned somehow
>ends with some incarnation of yuhabach
or maybe Aizenwith all his limbs cut off
>Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn
I actually tried reading ''I am from elsewhere'' a few years back, but couldn't get into it, shit's nothing but ''muh dark/gloomy adjectives''.
The lore and all seems awesome tho
