Is it a bad thing that Kill la Kill is going to be on Toonami/Adult Swim? It's going to attract new fans no doubt, but I liked it because it was a niche thing around here. On the other hand, I think it's great that more people will actually watch Kill la Kill.

It means I can't ever speak about it.
So no change there.

Why in god's goddamn name would you ever think, consider, care or anything about more people watching Kill la Kill?
I still don't get what makes a certain show entry level. You would think KlK has enough fanservice and ridiculous bullshit in it that 'entry level' viewers would be weirded out.
Doesn't matter. Like the rest of /a/ I watched KlK when it was airing. I raved in the first half, raged in the second, then forgot about it and decided everyone who wanted to talk about it was a casual faggot with shit taste. Makes no difference to me at this point if it goes on Toonami, in all honestly it fits well on that block. Does make me miss staying up to watch Fooly Cooly back in the day, though.
I couldn't care less. I enjoyed it either way
If anything it makes me want to go back and watch the non dub version again
Oh please. Normalfags at large already think of anime as "those weird pervy fighting cartoons with swords and magic and pokeymans and cartoon porn". Kill la Kill reinforces a shitload of those vague stereotypes to people who don't understand anime, though to be fair a lot of those very stereotypes are actually true in many cases.
No, if someone watches anime, then that's pretty much what they watch it for.
The people I've known in life who watch anime literally say things like "If it's got perverted randomness then I'll watch it!"
Can't wait for fuccboi casualshitters irl to be talking about the latest epic new cartoon and use buzzwords like "revolutionary" and "masterpiece" to describe it years after airing when they have only seen 5 anime so they are selection biased to shit
SELECTION BIAS STRIKES AGAIN SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I still haven't watched this. What's so good about it anyway?
I didn't really like TTGL either
i've seen twenty whole animes and i'm pretty sure i can tell you based on experience at this point that kill la kill is possibly the best anime ever, except maybe TTGL and bebop
