Still, the game is much much more fun than Unlimited Codes, which has unbearable combo strings for all characters. In this game, all characters feel like they're supposed to and the Master/Servant sinergies are fun as fuck. Too bad the netcode is shit.

The problem is that ufotable has this habit of hiding a singe keyframe static for several frames and masking the transition with effects, postprocessing blur or with camera angles. There's a few points where it becomes really obvious that Souichiro is going full rubberman because they have him hold an impossible position for too long, just long enough for your eyes to recognize it as an arm position and not just a fluid motion.
They do the same thing in most of the fights so far, but it usually doesn't stand out at all because there aren't any jarringly impossible movements like with Souichiro's arms

I didn't find fate zero visually impressive for the most part. There were a few compositionaly amazing scenes, like Ea vs IH, but outside of the first lancer/saber fight the sakuga was unimpressive throughout the series and outright bad at times.
The quality of the knk movies varied wildly so it's hard to group them together. I will say that I disliked the final action sequence in the 6th movie for overusing effects to the point where it was obtrusive, and unsurprisingly that same director is in charge of UBW
