Nothing has topped the Berserker fight yet. I don't think any fight will. Maybe if they give a lot of screentime to Berserker getting BTFO by Gil it will top it. though I'm not looking forward to that episode

It's a doujin game, so the guys that made that fetched their own VAs.

Still, the game is much much more fun than Unlimited Codes, which has unbearable combo strings for all characters.

It's obvious they were trying to convey the weird whippy-arm movements as best they could.

The problem is that ufotable has this habit of hiding a singe keyframe static for several frames and masking the transition with effects, postprocessing blur or with camera angles. There's a few points where it becomes really obvious that Souichiro is going full rubberman because they have him hold an impossible position for too long, just long enough for your eyes to recognize it as an arm position and not just a fluid motion.

They do the same thing in most of the fights so far, but it usually doesn't stand out at all because there aren't any jarringly impossible movements like with Souichiro's arms

You realize Soichirou's movements are supposed to be bizarre, right? The snake technique is meant to be super hard to predict because of how weird the body's movements are, Ufotable excellently captured that in this fight by distorting his body as he attacks.

Why? There's no benefit, it just drags the scene out when his punches are supposed to be blindingly fast, he punches at literal mach speeds. And they already showed how weird his attacks are with the animation they have. The irony is that while you're bitching about it looking weird you're proving that they did a good job animating it, and you want them to fix the good job they did by making it shittier.

I would have to say the rooftop fight in the first KnK movie, personally. That said, It's been a while since I actually watched that so it might just be rose tinted glasses.

I didn't find fate zero visually impressive for the most part. There were a few compositionaly amazing scenes, like Ea vs IH, but outside of the first lancer/saber fight the sakuga was unimpressive throughout the series and outright bad at times.

The quality of the knk movies varied wildly so it's hard to group them together. I will say that I disliked the final action sequence in the 6th movie for overusing effects to the point where it was obtrusive, and unsurprisingly that same director is in charge of UBW

A bit unrelated to the topic at hand, but after going through most of the Fate stuff (outside of some LNs and the untranslated shit) I am doing ther other TM stuff.

Question is, is there a flowchart to get 100% like the one in Fate/Stay Night for Tsukihime? Because that one was pretty good for getting 100%.
