Actually due to the Teigu being teleportation and the mainstream common notions of how it actually works in fiction the Teigu and Lubbock could still be alive/revivable.

One of the mainstream views is breaking something down and converting it into energy then beaming it somewhere and reassembling it.

If that's the case then technically the stone itself and Lubbock won't even be harmed if it has some kind of mechanism in it that makes it attempt to repair itself if damaged, since they were only cut then arguably every part of it is still there and not actually missing. It just has to turn itself back to energy and reform. As a side-effect it could put back together Lubbock as well.

I feel like the author isn't aware enough to realize this and do it though. But who knows?

I guess there's two reasons for that: 1. Time issues because there's only a few episodes left 2. The arc that was skipped involved pedophilia, rape and manslaughter in the worst ways so it's not really something you'd want to show on TV. Now I can only guess how much gets changed but they'll probably have to make some asspulls in the anime since I wouldn't know how they could get the same outcome they're in the manga right now.
