Have you watched anything by Shaft and enjoyed it? Styistically, this is Shaft's most shaft anime.
Expect a lot of dialogue, interesting characters (only 3 male, and about 10 female), recurring humour, and fanservice

It's worth watching if you enjoy shows where you actually have to think to some degree. It loses a lot of its charm in translation however. It's a bit slow to start with the first few books (Bake/Nise adaptations), but it gets substantially better from that point on as you begin to realise all the plot elements its been building up, and that all the conversations prior that point had deeper meanings to them.
