Not tried this, but after examining the HD versions of szadek's work shared here with the ones from his official tumblr, I realized that the HD versions are mostly edited up-scaled versions.
Its pretty good cleaning up of the digital noise as well as sharpening the linework and colors. However small details are "washed away" by the effects. Depending on the individual art pieces, its barely noticeable. But it would be good to let peeps know that most of it are edited and cleaned with some loss of details.

I'm pretty sure the only people that get really large, high quality versions of his work, are the people who pay him commissions. The rest of us just get his art with the resolution he posts on Tumblr.

The attention to detail on this is great.

I love how it looks like Luffy is using some sort of Gum-Gum ability with his dick. It looks puffed up. Gum-Gum no Keigle Balloon, possibly. Squeezing his muscles to constrict bloodflow to his cock, engorging it up to twice it's normal size.

I can see Luffy training to engorge it bigger and bigger so he can fuck Giants and make them cum, too.
