What house system do you all prefer? I live/was born on quite a northern latitude. I'm >>17335086 . Placidus, Koch and others move my saturn to the eleventh, sun to the fifth, Moon/mars to the third and mercury to the sixth, and that whole stellium /sign of Scorpio is intercepted. So I toyed around for like 5 months and settled on equal houses. Everything fits much better inc. transits.

I use equal house, sometimes Placidus, I guess it depends on whether or not the chart changes that much, although in my casual readings I don't really read for people in northern latitudes.

Personally, for my own natal chart I like to use equal house, because it places Neptune in my 12th house, which makes a lot more sense for me than it being in the 11th with Placidus. Which I guess Neptune changing houses in itself makes sense due to the nature of the planet.

That's elusive Neptune exactly, especially in the twelfth! Similarly, with placidus my Neptune is in the ninth whereas in the eighth with equal houses I could make sense of transit aspects and particular events ..made some major mistakes in late 2014/early 2015 when there were conjunctions going on.
I think equal is the most accessible because of its uniformity :) it just gets on my tits when people squabble about placidus being the best because it's like default or something.

I will bite. I always hate these though as they make me feel shitty for being so shitty.

Very accurate. I dropped out of art college and am pursuing writing at the moment. I've never been good at speaking about how I feel, or settling my mind. I've went to councilling for 5 years and even then I lied and never told the whole story (control, trying to be rational etc). The irony is I give great advice and am a good listener. My best friend of 7 years was emotionally manipulative. When Saturn left Scorpio and entered Sag, we put the nail in the coffin and haven't spoken on over a year, which I'm okay with. The relationship stuff is perfect too, I've only had 2 boyfriends but they were both long term (1yr/3yrs).
