They don't have an army that they can use to kill all dissent, so they seek to halt discussions of peace, to mobilize armies against each other. The strongest weapon for a shill is the ugliness of human endurance: To push us to against each other and make us judge each other. To make us see though their hopeless eyes. If I'd speak about this at length some of you might well begin to question your own shill nature.

I don't need to restore the flow of accurate intel or realign humanity's chakras or anything of the sort, I just need to do what shills never can: Be honest. Tell you the truth. I only need to give you one lead that you can follow or not. The choice was always yours to make: Shilled or regular?

Basically, you don't need to fight against shills or improve the human condition at all. All you need to know is that their most effective weapon is judging each other: Don't let yourself develop a preconceived notion about any group of people. If you already have one, don't act on it. The purpose is the same as always, control. Security is just an scapegoat, is kind of obvious if you have the statistics comparing what crimes were prevented versus what crimes were committed by the intelligence community (not just the NSA's programs I mean).

What happens here is, the establishment (as I am going to refer for now to these people) realize they can be put down in the next change of authorities, just as it happened on the french revolution. I am based on several things, but when you read Foundation by Isaac Asimov you can understand the wed dreams of the establishment to prevent the fall of their empire. The other part I am based on is the surge of data mining and data analytics, more precisely on predictive analytics. The idea that things can be predicted like Minority Report has a root on the establishment, and major business use it, is no conspiracy theory is just business.
The other part is what to do with all the knowledge at hand, and there is where we have things like memetics and social engineering to use the date they have. Seems like something more obscure, but we have cases (some which I mention) to prove this happens. Microsoft has a big history on dirty business, but the best example is the CIA and the intelligence community, is their sole purpose if you know their history.

I think would be better if I say what might be strategies to cope with this.

The establishment already has a lot of laws and power and influence to have no other authority than them.
