Bellgab is upset that Richard C. Hoagland wanted to do the show his way and not Ross' way. The show is called Other Side Of Midnight with Richard C. Hoagland not Other Side Of Midnight with Ross.

Incidentally one of their main criticisms about C2C is that producer Tom is more in control of the show than Noory. In fact the bellgab owner leaked a private email that was sent to him from a former Coast guest host (I forget her name, she used to have a show on WOR I think) that complained about how the Coast producer had more power than the hosts including Noory and everyone on bellgab agreed that the producer should serve the host and not the other way around.

Ross claims to not have gotten paid. Leo Ashcraft claims to have not gotten paid either however Art was there to defend himself on bellgab and even posted a copy of a check. RCH isn't there on bellgab to give the other side of the story.

Ross says that he doesn't want to talk about it but constantly brings it up and then denies bringing it up. "You don't know what you're talking about!" Keeps saying he's going to set the record straight but never does.

Bellgab members have started a competing show that airs directly after Art's show and against RCH's show. Their show description says that they are going to talk about what just happened on Art's show and things that are going on the bellgab forum. They originally wanted a bellgab show following Art's on Dark Matter Network but Art wouldn't give them one. They've been mad awhile

They are actively trying to sabotage RCH's show and get people to cancel their 19.5 memberships.

They are upset that the new producer on RCH's show talks to Richard on the show. They say that a producer should never speak on air. Many, many radio shows have the producer talk to the host. And also the traffic person and the weather person will chime in. Just because Art does his show a particular way doesn't mean that everyone does it that way.

They are upset that the new producer signs his name on the show's social media posts. This is actually a common thing to do when the host/famous person doesn't handle his own account.

I am NOT trying to hurt RCH's show, I have never once told people to NOT listen or to unsubscribe. I never talked publicly about anything that went on because I was trying to keep it from becoming over dramatic and stupid.

Well, that fucking failed when someone who knew what happened leaked it and posted it publicly. At that point I was not going to LIE to friends of mine about what happened but I also was not going to publicly whine and cry. I made a mistake and misjudged a person's professional character.

I blame myself more than Hoagie. Hoagie is who he is and once I found out what he really was like, I didn't want to be part of it, so I tried to quietly step away and let the show go on it's merry way.

1. I am proud of the work I did for the show and loved that you fegs liked what we did and liked the show.

2. RCH is talented, and has a following, yes I had a positive effect on the show but I am not NAIVE enough to believe that I was the entire reason the show started being successful, he is the one behind the mic, I did a ton of shit behind the scenes that no one knows about but my main goal was to get good guests and help entertain people with good guests and cool topics that no other show was covering. Did that, it worked you guys and gals liked it.

3. If the show fails after I left, it wont be because I left it will be entirely on RCH, he has a really good roadmap for what makes for succesfull shows, heh as a huge rolodex of quality guests that I booked for the show, and if the show succeeds or fails it will be all up to him and his new producer.

4. I wish him well, I really do, I am not holding onto this and have already moved on. But I wanted to let all of you know that I am NOT operating a campaign to get the show off the air, and NOT telling people to hate Hoagie. That is entirely up to them, they made their own minds up. You know, I've been thinking about writing a series of stories involving Gynoids and a company that is building them as though they were a completely new race of... well, organisms or people.

We believe ourselves to have a soul, a consciousness within ourselves. We seem to understand that we have some energy that is separate from the physical body that makes each of us unique, something that makes each of us "us," something that transcends reality yet is tethered here. What about computers? I think that if we can develop them with free will and give them a chance to evolve, they too can have a soul if the AI is powerful and complex enough. What about that Star Trek movie where one of the old Voyager probes comes back to earth and is built up by an unknown race of machines to become its own type of organism? Did "V'Ger" have a soul? What about the machine race? At that point, one must redefine what "life" is before they can decide what does or doesn't have the ability to contain a soul.
