Ok, so back to the story. Also doing it in short bursts because I took a lot of pictures and each part of the story kinda corresponds with the pictures being taken

Its maybe relevant to the spooky part of the story that there was absolutely nothing alive in these woods. No animals atleast, no bugs either. No birds. It was quiet as shit

Most likely old septic tanks. Looking at the old car/boat it seems it could have been a plotting ground for a home/cabin. Since you are in Hampshire. I know there is quite a bit of trapping. Someone may of wanted to put a site to trap then change his or her mind. Septic and water tank. Look for stakes in the ground. They should come out of the ground about two and half feet and may have faint orange paint on it. Also follow new tree growth to find an old road of how they brought the tanks in.

Also I'm not sure what your state is like, but here in the midwest, people love to shoot at old cars. I dont know if you can really date the bullet holes, or see if some rusted differently than others, to see if many people just came and shot it once in a while, or if it got lit up and put in the woods to hide it. They do look pretty consistent.
