What is the source on this?

this reminds me of a video I downloaded from some random website when I first got into /x/ related stuff. It was a black and white video, of the inside of some government lab where they were doing experiments on aliens, allegedly. The problem was, it was all really legit-looking, seemed like security camera footage or something. I was just starting out so to speak and didn't realize that I may have been on to something and sadly deleted the video. I've looked for years to find it again but I cant seem to find it. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
