Hey /x/
I made a youtube video on cryptobotany about a month ago and I got this comment. Cryptobotany is just about dead and isn't really talked about anymore, but this guy claims to have had an encounter relatively recently.

I told the guy I would ask around but I've been lazy and busy with Uni until about now.

Does anyone else have similar experiences? Have any NE anons seen something similar?

So dont think im crazy, even though it sounds that way, but i think im being followed by slenderman or a slenderman like entity, i see it just about everyday from a distance, and sometimes in my dreams, im not saying it is slenderman, but it may be an entity that operates like him, and i dont know what to do, can someone give me some advice on what to do about this? My friend says he's been seeing it too.

So I had sleep paralysis last night. I'm disappointed that I already knew the science behind why this happens.
Just a nightmare while being awake.
A shadowy figure was covering me and I couldn't yell. Then I gradually woke up. I wanted to do it again. damn.

I wish it really was a demon or ghost, but science has ruined all the fun.
I just need more REM.

Anyone else have any stories?

hey /x/, first time poster here but some really creepy shit has been happening over the last year and idk what is going on, green texted for your reading pleasure

>be eairler this afternoon, waiting for friends to pick me up to go eat for dinner
>decided to go take a 2pm nap
>lay down in my bed, soon after get this really creepy feeling and want to wake up
>open eyes,cant move any part of my body
>looking down at my arms and mentally screaming at them to move, after like 5 minutes of this regain control
>have weird errie feeling, say fuck it and go back to sleep
>when in that weird presleep phase where your kind of aware, but not, get text message
>check phone, its from a girl i used to have a crush on, saying shes coming out to hawaii (militaryfag stationed here)
>get super excited and have a really pleased happy feeling
>somehow remember my phones across the room where i cant reach it
>this is fake
>the words in the text message are blurred out, get errie feeling again
>get weird rage when i realize this is fake
>rage force my eyes open, I swear to God in the cornor of the room (its like 2pm, there was light in here still) this shadow dissapears as soon as i look at it into nowhwere
>be super mad, trying to clench my fists to fight it
>cant move body
>rage at myself until i finally am able to move some fingers, continue until whole body moves
>be horrifed, go lay on the couch in the frontroom surronded by windows and sunlight until friends arrive

This isnt the first time something weird has happened either. Once when I was home alone when my roommate was deployed I was laying in bed sleeping and my bedroom door slammed shut out of nowhere and woke me up

another time, again home alone, I was sleeping and I felt the covers lift up and the mattress decompress like someone was getting into bed with me, when I woke up and screamed nothing was there

Theres been a couple times that somethings scurried away in the dark. Am I haunted /x/?

kinda still reeling from it. have already told a cutie friend all about it. just thinking about it again is making me tremble.

whatever it was, i felt like i saw as much of it as it wanted me to. then i felt so fucking consumed by it i shouted out loud for everybody in my apartment to hear - GET OUT

it's gone now. i don't feel it anymore. just typing about it now though has tears rolling down my eyes.

ill be up for a bit. could use a kind ear tonight. still cant believe what just happened to me. was never the type of person to get caught up in any of this. but legit felt like i was in the real life version of the 'out of bounds' territory if a video game. trips countless times. sometimes harder than this. but never been visited by a presence like this. not normally the bad vibes/joo joo type. but something in that moment - i knew i fucking had to be, and i had to tell whatever was in there i wasn't having any of it. me, or any of my homeys.

Has anyone ever just sat and compared the common/legendary creatures and cryptids from across the world and noticed the similarities?
For instance - Wendigos, Leshy/Leszy, Skinwalkers, Huay Chivo, Yaal Naaldlooshi are all super similar. Beyond superficial means.
Similar means, habitats, descriptions (somewhat), smells, sounds, everything.

Is it possible that so many "Monsters" are simply unknown, or known but hidden, super predators of animals we simply aren't allowed to know about?

Beyond the conspiracy level, because we don't need shills in here, I'd like to discuss the similarities and differences from a research/dissection angle. How possible is it there 1-3 races of humanoid predators out there? Is there taxonomy or anything to scientifically support it?

So I'm not a typical drug user, but I've come to find acid (LSD, whatever you want to call it) as a way of enhancing my life. However, in my visuals, I see a recurring theme of Hindu deities and artwork when I'm listening to music or just staring into space. Is this something that anyone else has experienced, and is there any reason behind it? I don't particularly adhere to any religion, I was raised in a Christian household. My only interaction with the Hindu religion has been in comparative religion classes at school. I've made a lot of realizations that have positively influenced my life during acid trips, but there's also been nonsense mixed in. I'm just trying to find out if there's a reason behind this or it's simply a recurring visual triggered by the drug.

Ok 4chan, so I just gotta know. Why isn't there more interest on CERN and them apparently trying to "tear the veil". I've heard somewhere that 2 scientists went to prove aliens weren't real and came back and said they weren't interstellar, but inter-dimensional. And Tesla was trying apparently had discovered electromagnetism would allow us to "bend reality" so what's really goin on?
