Start with simple breath meditation. Sit cross legged or full lotus if u can, back straight but not ramrod, eyes focused a few feet in front of you, breathe in and out while staying detached from your thoughts, good or bad. Trick is not too engage them, not to fight or block them out, and eventually your mind gets quieter.

The title is a non-sensical cipher.

- There is no reason to use a non-prime modulus, for purposes of cryptography. 26 perhaps references the number of letters in the English alphabet.
- For the equation listed, n = mod26. That's it. That's the solution.

When n is some multiple of 26, (t+n) mod26 equates to t, and so the equation t -> c = (t+n) mod26 evaluates as true.

There is nothing cryptographic about it, unless the title is indicating to check at each interval 26 time units. Seconds, perhaps.

Just as the farmer tends and cares for the cow it's entire life so too is his right to slaughter it BECAUSE he took responsibility for it's existence in the first place.
