Anyone predicted someone's death before in someway?
I had predicted 2 deaths.

In my culture, buffaloes are sometimes regarded as something of death. A week before this person died, I saw a horrific dream of several black buffaloes coming right at me in thick fog and I woke up with sweat all over my face. Told my mom and she told, someone's gonna go.

A week before my mom's friend's death, I started getting several sleep paralysis and I even saw some shit standing in my hallway. It just dissapeared, man. Even more scary shit was, when I was re-arranging my closet, I felt like someone was hanging of my fan. A week later, my mom's friend was found hanging of her ceiling fan.

So last night for at least three hours starting at 2:30 a.m. I think i was possessed by a ghost/demon. For the full three hours i experienced physical movements from one handed sign language to strangling myself to dragging my teeth in my skin. I also felt fear in different amounts throughout the night while making noises/moans.
What do you think, have you ever had an experience similar, am i just mentally ill, or am I exhausted.

I dont think it could be that considering it says it usually happens with the left hand it happened with my right. On top of that i'm left handed so idk why it affected my non dominant hand. Plus all of the common causes for it don't apply to me.
On top of what ive already stated that happened to me. I had contorted movements throughout my arms and legs, i pretty much looked like i belong in a straight jacket. I also was sitting at the edge of my bed for 2 hours straight scared as hell to where i couldn't move to leave my room or anything, i somehow managed to at least turn on the light but then instantly sat back down again.

So before I start, English is not my native language so excuse the grammatical errors. Now /x/ I really never believed in this, the whole paranormal shit until a few months ago. Not gonna go into details of what got interested in this, but I'm relatively new into this and I need some help/advice. Since June 28th I have been waking up at 3 AM, but it's not just that, I have woken up feeling horrified, scared ect... Today I woke again at the same god damn hour exactly at 3:00 AM, but this I had that sleep paralysis bullshit for a few seconds. Needless to say I was sacred shitless. Now I decided to dig up some info, and it seems this is a haunted hour or some shit like that, like if dogs bark exactly around this time it has to be paranormal. What I really want is to know how can I stop this? I start uni again in one week I don't want this to affect my grades. Thanks in advance, also
