My wife and I was asleep last night, I was woken up to a loud sound of something hitting the floor in our bedroom in the basement. It startled me but I shrugged it off and went back to sleep (it was around 1am). Around 3-3:30 , I was woken again to an even louder sound of something hitting the floor. This time I was concerned. I turn my phone light on and look and a small canvas painting my wife painted we had on the shelf was in the middle of the floor. It's like it was flung from the shelf because there's no way it could have gotten that far away from the shelf. I get up and look around and I found the wooden plack from our wedding my cousin made us was on the floor next to the door about 3 feet away. What's weird is that of all things to fall, why the plack and the canvas? The canvas was a painting of an anchor that had the message "Love anchor". Is this a message or something? I've enever expericed anything paranormal before so it got me scared. Had trouble sleeping the rest of the night. I hope it doesn't happen anymore. If so I'll update what happens. Any advice would be appreciated. And if any more info needed I will gladly share. Also we live with two other people but they live upstairs and they was asleep.

When I'm away from important people in my life as much as I am in phases like now I can't stop myself from eating myself. I lose touch with the ground I step on every day. I begin to encompass a character who can hear things and feel things. I walk from the center of the winter glass and reach the walls where it becomes more and more real that I am trapped in the winter glass, and all that is on the other side is black. I use to ask whether black was death, but then I should I have died one time and I came back to life, so I know there is no rest in the black. We are just wandering the winter glass, where we will wander forever. . .

Does anyone else know this feeling?

Good evening /x/,
I conducted an experiment (n=1) I am unable to replicate due to its outcome. I’ve been a fan of binaural beats for quite some time to assist in making regular my sleep cycle with decent success. To share this experience with my wife I acquired a headphone splitter, and suggested we listen to some theta wave entrainment as we went to sleep.
She agreed, no protests.
Forty-five minutes later she awoke with quite a night terror taking quite a bit of consolation. She did not want to discuss the details. It is quite certain she will not want to try this again which prompts me sharing this with you.
Do any of you binaural beats fans have experience in synchronous experience with others? If so, how did it go – anything strange? If not, care to gather more data for fun and curiousity?
