I had a dream a few months back. The most real and terrifying dream I've ever had. I had a friend, let's call him Tyler, and my girlfriend, let's call her Sue. In my dream I was leaving a house party with Tyler and Sue, me and Tyler ran ahead to Sue's car and hopped in, jokingly driving off without her, leaving her in the driveway. Keep in mind it's dark, it's very late out. When me and Tyler bring the car immediately back to the driveway, the light casts onto where she was and she's gone. I want to say we stepped out of the car to search, found nothing, proceeded to return to the vehicle and searched down the nearby roads and still found nothing. Suddenly I saw her in a room, a dark room alone and she was terrified. Sue reached for her phone and tried calling for help, but on her phone suddenly was an image of contorted and horrifying creations, like almost twisted and tortured reality. Images that looked as though if they could they would be shrieking and screaming in pain and fear, and as she started swiping through the images, each one progressed into something more contorted and painful, more terrifying. She began to cry, realizing there was no end to what she was seeing, as a voice from somewhere in the room beyond her reach in a very calm voice that she would never see anybody she loved alive ever again- almost in a way that said she was in a place out of time and place. In my dream I could sense that she was somewhere very distant from where I was, from any sort of truly physical reality. It's very difficult for me to explain now, and that was the first time in a long time I had awoken from a dream in a panicked state, nearly yelling.

I love telling peolle this one. So when i was around 10-12 I had a dream we were in some industrial revolution like area(based on the architecture) and i saw this hotdog stand object filled with sweets(ive always had a sweet tooth lol) next to it was a line of emos(no clue why) walking somewhere my mother and her friend were behind me this whole time but now they appeared to be missing. After speaking to the guy running the sweets stand he told me to go to the top floor of a nearby building to find my mother(fyi my father was absent from the dream for whatever reason) i go up the stairs and then they just stop in the middle of the building i look over the edge and the stairs continued... the other way after a small drop. So i went down assuming it would go back up and find an old man and child the old man who read my dang mind said the elevator would take me up i walk into the next room and there is a broken elevator in the middle of the room and i look at it. Next a hand is laid on my shoulder and i turn to see what i can only describe is the silence from doctor who(this was BEFORE I watched the show then the obligatory jumpscare in my dreams and i woke up screaming. Spooky

As a collective, we're very powerful.
Just sitting doing nothing, we can change things in our passivity.
Every day, we do something, and we do something even by doing nothing.
The simple act of living, we shape the world, we do make an impact through our existence.
It gives farmers a reason to grow produce, the oil industry to keep pumping out petrol, and everything just moves around.
Nothing is wrong with it, we need it to live, to keep functioning as we must.
However, it isn't stable, we can't survive off of this.
This is our only home.
We can't just leave our planet, I don't see how enlightenment can reach anyone that will be a part of a failed project like this.
This is a flawed world, but one we depend on to stay alive, and we just need to rely on each other in this trying time.

We don't need altruism. It isn't even spiritually desirable. We need balanced selfishness. Reject the sacrifice of self and other. Seek to advance your own interests in harmony with others. Profit yourselves in ways that profit others. Such actions are superior to altruism.
