Do enlightened beings suddenly gain access or knowledge of all Siddhis at once, or do they just get a small or set number of them, why do some gain many and some a few, and then slowly gain more as they continue progressing as enlightened beings? How is this supposed to work in mystical lore?

So, my s/o began talking to me about remembering me in past lives, how we'd keep ending up together and she would always see one of her best friends die horribly because of me but she would see me survive things that should kill me, only to me imprisoned over and over. Something about my soul is extremely old and powerful but corrupt as hell, and something about a Masquerade ball and some war a long time ago about "Alpha Draco". Names were mentioned Azazel, Raziel, Nina, Shadow, Dia. UCN. Can someone help me understand this?

Ok so I'm located in central Florida outside of Orlando proper, theres some woods behind my neighborhood and every night i walk my dog(he's a husky) around 3 am cuz I'm a night owl. And I've been hearing some god awful noises coming from one part of the woods. I've had one person come out to confirm with me what I heard. I know all the local animals around here and it doesn't sound at all like anything native to the area, not a bobcat or a Florida panther or anything like that. And the sound makes my fucking hair stand on end and it freaks the fuck out of my dog. Unfortunately there's some houses near the woods there so I can't just start fucking around with a flashlight lest I get the cops called on me. Anyone heard of anything weird in central fl or anyone in the area who could shed some light?

Good morning/afternoon /x/

I havent posted nor lurked here in a good while now. But I come here today with word.
For some this happens more often than not, but my vision could come true and it is scaring me. I'll start back on Friday the 13th, November 2015.
It was two days before this date which I dreamt of terror, fear and death. Not knowing where exactly it would happen just knowing something would bad would happen. Fast forward from the 11th to the 13th. I step into work with the TV news reporting suicide bombings and mass shootings in Paris. Thinking 'Ok it's just a coincidence.'
Fast forward to the 14th of July 2016. Another feeling of threat emanating but near a week away of this other disaster.
More recent 22nd of March 2017. Once again the gut feeling I had was further away from the date.
/x/ I'm here to tell you that I have another feeling that another event is going to happen. If something does happen, just remember this thread. Know I tried to warn you all (especially the EU/UK)
