Do you remember when some guy created that web page with a million pixels where he sold 1 pixel for one dollar? It became world famous across the media.
In which year did this happened?
I remember seeing the page in 1999 just before the turn of the century. It was a hallmark of the crazy things that only happened on the Internet and a piece of history for early Internet adoption.
Now I see on the online media that this event happened in 2005. Which doesn't make sense as the Internet had become much more common by then and Google was already established. If you remember, before Google it was common to visit sites with listings of other websites on a given topic so you could find something. And the million dollar pixel page was a clever take on that concept.
But now, even the logos on that page are different, no references to geocities and there's a big casino logo on the left side that wasn't there before.
My first thought was that I was visiting a second version of the pixel wall but this one seems to be the only version. I'm so puzzled how an artifact from the early Internet slided into 2005.
Does anyone else around here remembers the same?

anyway, my mandela is eurasia, its hard to explain but I was taught that Eurasia = Europe + parts of north asia, not all of asia, yet now Eurasia contains all lf asia including brown slanty-eyed Asians which were NOT eurasian when i was growing up.
eurasia used to be Europe + part of north africa + part of middle east + russia + all ussr states + all stans except pakis + part of asia but NOT where they start to look asian, only the caucasian ones
eurasia used to just be the white caucasian and medit countries but NO pakis or gooks pretty much just europe and ussr, but now it includes all them asians which are totally different from eurasians. I am european and Eurasian because i like russia and other caucasians and stans, i am NOT eurasian with pakis, gooks and fucking indians.

Yes. It currently does this. Consciousness is just a telecommunications signal. It's picked up in the void and placed inside a biological body here on earth. Here it's grown from a fresh slate as a virgin soul for the independence and individuality, as maintaining freewill is important. To cultivate that soul, it would take generations, longer than the human body could survive. These bodies could be considered 'avatars', with the consciousness/soul being the one using that avatar, just as a player creates an avatar on an mmo. Soul incarnation is real.

So this is a thread asking for advice about a potentially dangerous situation involving a tulpa. For background, I have 2 tulpas which I interact with only in one specific room, and they do not appear otherwise.
Yesterday I had one appear outside, and I interacted with it. I realize now that that was a mistake, because it allowed my stringent control on my tulpas to slip.
I want to know if there is any tried and tested method of punishing a tulpa, in case one of mine gets out of hand.

Does anyone here know if there is anything spiritual/paranormal attached to the anima, from Jungian psychology?
The anima, in case you don't know, is essentially a person's inner shadow self, in the form of the opposite gender. Sometimes, people will project their anima onto other people that act/look similar to their anima.
I've had dreams every here and then of my anima, which appears in the visage of a woman in a black dress, black hair, very pale skin, and fairly large eyes( basically gothic looking), but recently it's been getting worse. It started getting worse after I attempted doing a "love spell" on a woman I was projecting my anima onto. Unfortunately I learned about the concept of the anima and anima projections a few weeks after attempting the spell, and falsely thought it was fate that I'd meet this woman.

I think my knee can predict the future.

So, I'm not gonna lie, I'm a frequenter here on /x/, and I've always had a penchant for the more inhuman cryptids that could be watching us.
It was about a half an hour ago, however, that i witnessed something that scares me the more I think about it. I was outside washing my pet hedgehog's wheel (If you don't already know, hedgehogs are like horses and just shit wherever, even on its wheel while running) and i was admiring the outdoors. Across the street and to the right by two houses is an old lady, the sort that has grown too old to leave her house and has a caregiver bring her food occasionally. I've never seen her, and the only activity I've seen there is the caregiver's car which is even rare at best. Tonight was something different, however, as the light was on and the garage door was somewhat ajar. I scrutinized the yard, and even with my glasses on it was hard to see from that distance, but it wasn't long until i saw it.
Near the front of her house, to the right of her front door, where the light was sat a bush, the sort with a thin trunk and a roundish top, almost like a bonsai. The whole area was at the corner, so you basically had to walk the span of her yard to get to the door. Underneath it squatted something on two legs, kind of how a gorilla or monkey does, eating something which I presumed to be a sort of berry or nut. It was a lightish brown color but the size of a man. It's head was proportionate to a mans size as well. It didn't seem to notice me, but I really wanted a closer look.

I would have loved to use my phone, but unfortunately, I have what is basically the economy galaxy phone. It has a lens made of virtually plastic, and can zoom to like 5 feet. If i had taken a photo anyway, it would have been basically a darker, blurrier photo of her entire house. I instead tried the alternative method of squatting and squat-walking my way to the end of my yard.
I must have looked like a fucking retard.
When i did get to the end of my yard, I could get a better view. It had long and thin arms, the forearm alone being as long as my arm, and three joints on each leg. And then it saw me. I could now see it's face far more vividly. Its face was mostly bland with two large eyes, no visual nose, and a thin mouth. It stretched widely across its face, about twice as long as a human mouth. Also, it didn't run, although i wish it had, just to see it move with those crazy legs. Instead it just watched me. We stared at each other for at least two minutes. It was weird, because it felt like it was as interested in me as I was in it. After a while my father opened the door and called my name. 'anon, what in earth are you doing son? Is everthing alright?'. and with that, it slowly retreated back into the brush that was the corner of her house.
I'll continue to watch out the window and keep you guys posted if anything else happens. If you guys know anything about what this could be, please let me know
