Well, I was once at a party with friends in about 2003, when XP was cutting edge. Well, I got REALLY drunk after the party, but I noticed a computer and a keyboard in a dumpster. My friend needed some parts for his computer, so I took the computer out of the garbage. I got home and decided to see if anything was on there. It didn't start. Saddened, I walked back only to get jumpscared by THE LOUDEST Windows 2000 chime ever, and found that the computer was on. It had an image of a 4 year old girl as a desktop background. Nothing special there. But what was creepy were the files on the PC. I found some porn on the PC along with 3 disturbing files.
The first was a .wmv file. I played it. It showed a 4 year old in somebody's basement. The video abruptly ended as blood-curdling screams were heard. The second was a .txt file. It was rather poetic. It said:

Oh, you might as well die,
you're deader than steak pie
that's you, my wife.
you might as well die

Did this guy seriously kill his wife?
The third file was a .wav file.
Before I could play it, a mask appeared on the screen with red eyes and said:

Your life will be pitch black in 1... 2... 3... and then the power went out. I then heard something behind me, with a knife...

BREAKING NEWS:
A young adult living in this house has been found to be dead next to a Windows 2000 computer. Nobody knows who killed him, but suspicous files on the computer indicate he is not the first...

lemme do the whole rundown, storytime.
was on skype with a close friend once, asks me whos in the basement with me. tell him no one, thinks im fucking with him, apparently he saw like a black shadowy figure walk across the room behind me.
fast forward a couple months, be on omelge with complete stranger, say hello and all that BS, then randomly she asks "whos down there with you". tell her no one, think shes fucking with me, and she literally describes the same shit.
couple more months later, first friend comes down to visit, both chilling in basement and he goes outside to pee. my desk is at the opposite side from where the door is, and theres windows with shades at the door. He pops in really fast, and thought i was standing there trying to scare him for when he came back in because he saw a shadow throught the blinds that looked like me, but i was at the other end of the room.
and just now, my door at the top of the steps opened on its on. was sitting there waiting for my mom to come down and questioned her about it, and she denies opening the door 100%.
my dog used to just stare at nothing really intently and bark at it too.
so basically, wtf is going on?

I've never any physical experiences with the paranormal, but I have gone gone far past the threshold when it comes to mind altering substances, but meth in particular is different, when you're dosing daily and staying up for a week or two you come close, for some people too close, to what most people call insanity. I remember seeing paintings come alive, but not in a trippy way, faced turned, things like clouds or animals would move but it looked and felt as real as you and me, I have felt beings around me usually 1 once 6 that I cannot see, but the most disturbing effects are at night outdoors, mind you I live in an area with a few parks, alleys, washes etc. I saw things that were just pure evil, horrific faceless figures that Hollywood couldn't create, and like everything else it was as real as can be. The last time I practiced this ceremony I had been up for maybe 3 days and on the last night I sat alone on a bus stop, all of a sudden I turn to my left and saw a black "demon" if you will, but this figure unlike any before it was in arms reach and turned its head to me instantly which sent me running, and I don't run in fight or flight situations, this was the most legit feeling of fear I have ever had in my life. Later that night I'm walking down a street and my shadow took form of a dog like creature, something between dog and panther, all black yet no fur or hair I can't describe it, I haven't done that shit since. I thought to post it because it definitely something unknown.
Anyone relate? Opinions?

Does /x/ have an ebook mega collection? I have seen the occult reading collection but I was looking for something more parapsychology. Like Arthur koestler and topics like synchronicity or esp. I have searched archived but all I find are jpegs of books, not an archive or mega link.

Last night I came across 3 different cats, all of similar color, all in different locations while driving. Each of them sitting on the curb staring at me, when I drove past they turned and ran away from the road. Ive never owned a cat and I have never come across cats sitting on a curb so blatantly staring at me - let alone 3 in 4hrs. I have nothing against them and am actually fond of the few Ive met through friends.

It is most definitely a sign, but I have no idea what it pertains to. Any ideas?
