Saw a thread about the general IQ of /x/ in the catalog, but it 404ed before I got a chance to check it out. So what is your IQ, and what do you personally think the IQ of a person means? Does a higher IQ help or prevent a spiritual understanding/perception of the paranormal?

I'm terrified of dying /x/. I am agnostic and do not believe in an afterlife. As such I have these inconsolable episodes where there isn't even anyone to talk to because I only know "dude heaven lmao" and "Dude planes of existence lmao" types.

The status of being dead has been described as a dreamless sleep and that's okay I guess eve if I would prefer dreams, but people also sat it's like pre birth and that bugs me. The state before birth is finite while post life is infinite. Thus it isn't considered bad because your mind isn't threatened by a thing it posited after the fact. If it were common knowledge that we stayed dead for a hundred bazillion years and came back it'd be fine because the us in the future would just posit that being dead happened.

I feel that even if I put my chips on an afterlife and am wrong I would live my life better without the pressure

Just talked with my girlfriend who I hadn't seen in a few days, and we both had similar dreams about a demonic little asian girl. In both of our dreams, we are in familiar yet unfamiliar places, we think that the little girl is not a threat, and then she reveals her true intent (to hurt/kill us) along with her "true" face. In my dream, she took on a cat-like face with shadowy blue eyes. In my girlfriend's, her face became white. Neither of us have been watching horror movies, foreign or otherwise, and we haven't talked in a couple days.

What do you make of this? Did some demon visit us both on the same night? Why? I'm spooked.

Let's get straight to the point.I am getting lost in all these theories and beliefes.There are so many of them.For example,there are so many theories about what comes after death that I don't know what to believe in anymore.Is there an afterlife? If there is what is it like? Are we alone in the universe? Are we the first or last species?Are we just AI? Is the universe infinite?
What is the global elites final plan?
Etc you get the point.
So many questions and almost no answers? And even if there is an answer, that answer opens new questions.It's a paradox.The more the answers the more the questions.The more we know we actually know less.
Why are we humans so limited?
Anyone feel similar?
How do I find peace and stop being sickly curious?
It's frightening at times.
