I think both aliens and demons exist. But i think that they are the same thing. The Bible mentions men who were half demon (alien?) and half human who were huge. Goliath was the descendant of one.
But i also believe that these beings (whatever they are) do not live or exist solely in our dimension.

OP I recommend you watch 'Childhood's End' or read the original novel. This theory really stands against a lot of the abducted individuals who cling to the notion that they are special and not victims, so they deny this theory. If aliens come down to earth I will not trust them, they will have ulterior motives. Keep on that trail of thinking, it's something I do not necessarily agree with but def find interesting

Try being nice and turning the other cheek. I have thought of all the ways I hurt myself over the years, and it would make total sense that there is a chasm of mistrust between my ego and my subconscious. Acknowledge that hurt and taking steps to alleviate the suffering. I'm not religious but the one re occuring dream I get ever so often is one where its judgment day and I'm terrified and I'm begging god to give me more time on earth, literally shitless fear of going to hell
The weird part of the dream is that god isn't there in front of me but some kind of entities beside my grave that im requesting to tell god to give me a second chance while I keep getting denied until I get dragged back into my pyschical body and wake up
