Alright friends, lets talk about psychics and psychic ability, I've always had a heightened sense for things, like if I'm doing readings on div and I let people respond to me for a while, I always know when to check back because I feel that the person has replied, and just about always they happen to have responded exactly when I go to check, its like I know when they're typing out their response. Hey /x/philes ive began astral projecting during my sleep i cant fly or do any of the crazy shit normally described but i can walk around and see in the dark now ive been able to do this since i was probably about 10 years old but ive never gone outside because it usually scared me when it happened and i'd immiediately try to wake up but i read a creepypasta about some guy who was astral projecting and he said not to go outside because you might encounter the beings that live in the realm were in when we do astral projection does anyone know if this is true or not please let me know if not ill expieriment with it myself and post but if you know anything lemme know because i dont wanna put myself in potential danger for no reason

It was midnight, I wasn't sleep paralyzed since i checked my phone an sat up before this.
After this I layed down and looked to my side.
There it was, a black shadow with glowing eyes, I stared at it for a few minutes and it looked like it was staring back. after this, it just disappeared back, I couldn't move an inch because I was scared shitless and I haven't told anyone about this. This popped into my mind today and I need an explanation.
I drew a quick figure of what it looked like.

i don't post here often but i think i should post here for some advise or help of some sort and at least tell somebody whats been happening to me.

>my ex uncle passes away from cancer(exhusband of my aunt)
i still had contact with him since the divorce because he was super chill so the death took a hard toll on me of course.
>skip to about two weeks later
>my mom gets a phone call when i'm out of the house
she told me it was my uncles voice saying "nana" (my nick name he gave me) along with "leg, hurt, June, cut"
i sorta don't believe her so i brush it off
>right when she's telling me the story she gets a call
>the sound had extremely loud static along with what i knew was his manner of speaking and his voice
it said "nana, leg, nerve, June, left" and i tried talking to the phone but after it saying "kiddo" (what he used to call me) it cut off.
>i'm scared out of my mind as to whats gonna happen to my leg, i know my mom wouldn't pull a prank on me because she knows how much he meant to me, plus shes blind so theres not that much of a chance she could do anything like that.
>while out with friends about 3 months later i get a call

i say thank you and the phone says "kiddo" again and hangs up
