Life revolves around struggle. At its most basic, the struggle for survival. Every animal is born and faces the everyday hardship of finding food, shelter, protecting their family, etc.
Yet, in the modern human world the concept of simply struggling to survive no longer applies as much as it does in nature. Sure there are people starving and struggling to live, but if you are on this board right now chances are you're not too worried about starving to death or being homeless (I realize this doesn't apply to everyone).
We live in a time where rates of mental illness such as depression and anxiety are at record highs. Do you think this is a result of us no longer having to worry about surviving to the next day, and the human mind, realizing it needs a struggle, will turn against itself to create struggle? To create something to combat and fight against in a world where we no longer have to worry about if we're going to be eaten by another animal or starve to death?

I speak from personal experience. It seems everyone these days has depression or anxiety, and there is scientific evidence that rates of both illnesses have been higher recently.

Upon entering the plane, you will immediately be transported into the lobby. In this room you will find there are eight portals for quick transportation into each section listed on the map. Stairs are present in this room for access to the upper levels of the tower, which will be explained in more depth in the following post.
Each portal leads to a pocket dimension with an endless expanse of land that is constantly building upon itself.
The Resort: A white sanded beach overlooks a vast ocean, backed with a thick, exotic rainforest. An active volcano constantly breathes smoke into the sky in the distance.
Neek: A mountainous terrain plagued by a mire.
Acallaris Cloud: Surrounded by the galaxies and supernovas of deep space, Acallaris Cloud allows one to view the wonders of outer space while walking upon soft clouds.
Aeosa: On the surface, the land is packed with snow. Underneath, a colossal maze of cave systems host all forms of life as a subterranean tropic.
Pyra: Igneous rock stretches as far as the eye can see, adorned with pools of lava and underground magma chambers.
Oceania: The archipelago is the only land for hundreds of miles in this ocean-dominated plane. The blue, deep waters hold nothing short of mystery and monsters.
