i'd like to know what could be the meaning of a mark like this one, one day when i was all alone at school, i felt an intense burn sensation on my wrist, i checked it and there was a bright red mark like the one i posted, during the course of a minute, it looked like it cooled off, it turned black and then it dissappeared into my skin like it merged into me, anyone have any idea on what it might be?
it's basically just a squared made out of 4 small squares, i don't know what it could mean or why it was burned into me
You should have read the small print when you bought Windows 10.
haha, good one, it was before windows 10, about 4 years ago

humanity is an idea, meaning it cant be quantified. Also wanna point out that death is not the opposite of life.

Bump, nah not really. Shits wack and not paranormal
> reading the wrong things is evil and can corrupt the mind
How true is this statement /x/?
>>16936003
knowledge is inherently neutral. It's what YOU decide to do with it that makes it good or bad.
>>16936012
Quite right, but you have not considered the fact that you are not the same once you change your knowledge, your understanding of thing.
If you control knowledge to an extend, knowledge controls you to an extend.
The op did not ask if knowledge is evil, but if there is knowledge that can corrupt the mind.
And yes there is if we take the word corrupted as "twisted" or "turned".
With some sort of knowledge, and there is alot of it even on /x/, you will be lead in circles.
I don't say, that it is bad to know a thing or two.
But it is more important to understand some fundamental things about ones own knowledge.
Control is always mutual. If I want to control you I also give way to the control of you over me.
There is control of different flavors. One obvious, one subtle.
If one does not understand what knowledge one has, and what knowledge one not has things can become twisted real quick.
I prefer the taoist way.
"The scholar learns a thing a day,
The taoist unlearns a thing a day."
What this does is, makes room for clarity. It doesnt make you more stupid, it makes you more efficient in things that you acctualy know.
And people pretend and lie about things they know all the time, they can't help it.
>>16936003
i read a vore story on the internet once and it was DEFINITELY evil and corrupting, i haven't been the same since
but outside of discovering fetishes you didn't know you had, knowledge is never inherently corrupting

just a few things to note:
>We don't know that Saki Sanobashi (Go for a Punch) exists
>Just because footage doesn't have a ghost or a person dying doesn't make it any less spooky or interesting
>No, you don't have a super rare videotape that nobody else on earth has been able to find.
I'm guessing Saki Sanobashi is the wrong spelling, since the dude said he'd need to check. Don't know of anything that sounds similar though.

>2015
>number of video and photo cameras close to actual human population
>no flood of paranormal footage
>Explain this
So, to elaborate (and sorry if this is a cliche of this board since I'm new here). I'm around 30 years old and I've always been fascinated by the paranormal, particulary UFOs. In the 90s it was a huge thing, and it was probably a common thought back then to think "geez, if we only had a camera per person at all times, I'm sure we could capture a HUGE amount of paranormal phenomena". The thing is that today in 2015 every single person has a camera on him at all times, out in the fields, in rural areas, at night, etc. But for some reason there's not a collosal amount of paranormal footage. How can this be explained? I'm inclined to think that it's related precisely to the shift in technology. Back in the 70's through the 90s video cameras were a relatively rare thing, so back then a blurry image of a spot in the sky could really hype you like crazy. Also, the very same scarcity of the medium created a halo of magic and myth around it. As in: if you have a camera you have the power to capture something unique and unexplainable. But somehow in these days having a camera is so common that there's nothing magical about it. We're sick of seeing pictures of starry skies and aurora borealis in the northern lands. Not to mention funny kitties.
(cont....)
(....cont)
Also back then, seeing in person a flying saucer could probably make you catatonic with awe. But now, I mean, if I was alone at night and saw an actual fucking flying saucer with lights and all.... the first thing I would think is "wow, that's a really crafty hoax. Nice drone they got there" Unless I see some crazy rapid movements in different directions as is sometimes the case with actual UFOs. And lastly, the photoshopping and general FX thing got so sophisticated that now you can create a 100% believable hoax today with a simple home computer and some dedication. So, it seems like there was a strange 'end of an era' the last few decades, and now that there's billions of cameras in the world. We don't seem to be capturin much.
The other possibility is that there actually IS a lot of paranormal stuff being captured and actually released on youtube, but it gets lost among all the other fake shit, which is a great irony and tragedy. Even if that's the case, I think with the amount of cameras today, we should still have A LOT more footage than we do. This applies not only to UFO's but also dwarfs, ghosts, magic, bigfoot, etc
Am I making any sense? What do you guys think of all this.
>>16935849
>The other possibility is that there actually IS a lot of paranormal stuff being captured and actually released on youtube, but it gets lost among all the other fake shit
You know, I sometimes think about this too. I sometimes think that first gov started to make fake ufo pics to flood the real pics and then some retards got into making fakes too just for lols.
I don't believe in this though but I still think about it sometimes.
cell phone cameras are not designed to capture stuff thousands of miles in the air

The only board that may have insight to this, so here it goes
I had a dream I was hanging out with this friend that's a girl, and her daughter, who's 3, had made u comfortable comments about her having sex with me. So she put her in her room... She was taking awhile so I was looking around for a bowl and by one of her windows was a lady sitting on the window seal, with no legs, chained by her arms with a chain bearing a inverted pentagram, the magick star of sorts. I asked her why she's there and she just glanced towards the direction of my friend. I said "you're not here by your own will?" She whispered "no, they just keep me here." More words were exchanged, but a weird sexual energy grew.. I started, oddly, massaging on her breasts and she started giving me a handy. It was weird. My friend cut the corner and went to the bathroom and the girl laughed a little, that was chained, as if winning a small victory. I looked at her and realized she kind of looked like a relative or something... But was more pretty and something made me want to fall in love. It was weird, man... I just woke up with feelings. But my feelings in the dream were curiosity, not scared at all, if that helps you help me interpret.
I'm thinking maybe its a feminine side that I need to stimulate (I.e touching breasts) but also maybe through the magicks.. Possibly a feministic spirit or higher self. I'm not too into magick. I've never practiced, but may start. Or at least meditation.
Maybe your sexual center is out of harmony with the whole not sure would be interesting to see what other anons think.
To clarify, uncomfortable** and she looked like a relative to my friend, not my relative**
>>16935528
Are you saying out of the whole like possibly a chakra that is out of whack.. Or if you don't believe in that maybe my heart and sexuality aren't aligned? I've always been trying to overcome a superb sexualized part of myself.
Hey guys, I haven't seen a thread about her in a long time but does anyone remember that korean woman who basically webcams her entire life? She sleeps most of the time, and has papers with korean writing blocking most of the screen? I can't remember her name for the life of me. And I guess I never saved the link to her cams.
The last I remember it looked like she was cleaning her apartment. Moving her boxes around and everything.
Can someone help??
Bumping for interest
>>16935522
I'm trying so hard to remember what we called her.
Creepychan? Sleepychan? Koreachan??
I remember most of her signs said somthing about officer Park. We had a korean translate the writing. I can't remember the name of the officer but it was an actual park in korea, so we were speculating that she was assaulted by an officer in that park and that's why she was barricading herself inside.
I DID IT. I FOUND HER.
CHIP CHAN.
Link to her cams if anyone else is interested

Do you see a romantic partner in my near future? If so can you describe her, either physically or her personality?
so i figured out what happens when you die
i call it Alien Resurrection Theory
basically, time is infinite, so everything that can happen will happen.
I believe this means there will eventually be an alien civilization so advanced they can see into the past. This would be possible due to them knowing literally everything thats possible to know. Anyway, they will see that you died and they will follow all pieces of you (down to a molecular level, or further) throughout the universe and collect all of your molecules in one place, where they will reassemble you using each and every piece you had when you were alive, in the correct places. theyd also do other stuff like circulate the blood, make sure all temperatures were right, etcetera, and just make you exactly the way you were some time before you died. Seeing as the brain contains everything that you are, including memories, personality, feelings, senses, etc., you'd essentially be reborn.
Its also possible they will have found some other way of recreating consciousness and will input it into a new body or some fake (virtual?) world.
tl;dr: if ressurection is possible, and time is infinite, we will all be reborn be aliens some time (billions of years) in the future after we've died.

>see into the past
Like a picture or video?
>>16935342
No. As in they'd know the cause of everything that's ever happened so they'd know the chain of events that led up to their present day.
I guess they could make a simulation of it, though.
You just made me want to watch AI. It's a long one, but a good one.
The ending is basically what you described, except that they could only recreate someone for one day.
"My own personal theory is that Joseph built the pyramids to store grain," Carson said. "Now all the archeologists think that they were made for the pharaohs' graves. But, you know, it would have to be something awfully big if you stop and think about it. And I don't think it'd just disappear over the course of time to store that much grain."
In the same speech, he went on to say, "[W]hen you look at the way that the pyramids are made, with many chambers that are hermetically sealed, they'd have to be that way for various reasons. And various of scientists have said, 'Well, you know there were alien beings that came down and they have special knowledge and that's how--' you know, it doesn't require an alien being when God is with you."

although it's a complicated one, medicine is largely a practical trade that at it's core is no different in principal than carpentry, locksmithing or IT work.
His field is one of the artes mechanicae, not one of the artes liberales...he thinks no differently than a tanner or a blacksmith in his field, regardless of how much more complex it may be.
At work, all he must ask is "how shall I cut this man?" or "what sort of cuts need I make considering this man's symptoms?". He doesn't have to ask far-reaching questions.
