I asked God once if he really came to earth and I wanted to know directly from him. A few days later, in the morning, I was in my kitchen, about to prepare something to eat. I suddenly see an intensely bright white flash of light engulf my vision. The light looked like it traveled from my backyard, through the window and into my kitchen. It's strange because I don't think humans can detect light like that.

Anyways, I decided to follow this light to see if there was anything causing it. I look onto my backyard and I see the fence and there is something on it. There was a dove sitting there and not only a dove, but a dove with a twig in it's mouth.

I think this symbolized God like it says in the bible that he "descended like a dove". I also think that the twig represented the olive branch of peace. God coming to earth was an act of peace.

As far as self improvement goes, I currently have these in mind:
- The Warrior diet. Have been doing it for about 2 years and absolutely love it.
- Body building + kettlebell sports + martial arts. If you can’t even achieve superior physical condition, what else is there to talk about? Set up my home gym and been practicing it for some time, except for martial arts (will start later). It’s been going real slow, but the progress is there.
- Self hypnosis. Need it ASAP, coz I’m lazy as hell, and hope to fix it with self hypnosis. Got a few articles and books on using it in sports. Starting today.
- Progressive relaxation. Read a few articles by authors of the technique, have been doing it for a couple days as shown in a Youtube video. This practice I should be able to master by the end of January, after which doing it will take like a few minutes every day.
- Stretching. Need this for yoga. Forced relaxation technique looks sound; gonna try it after mastering progressive relaxation, hope to master in about 8-12 months or so and move on to yoga.
- Lucid dreaming. Got myself a decent guide; starting this either in March or June, depending on how other things go.
- Yoga. People who practice it long and hard enough are told to eventually acquire “siddhas” (the ability to work miracles, basically), and from there on, getting enlightenment should be a piece of cake, lol. Need to master stretching first, though, this way mastering yoga should be faster (yeah, I know it’s not about stretching at its core, but you need to be able to do asanas anyway).
- Herbalism, biology, medicine. Should be useful for shamanism. Starting to look for decent books on these topics the next week. Got no idea how long it’ll take to study these.
- Shamanism. Travel in the spirit world, suck out diseases from people, etc. Hope I’ll be able to start practicing it in about several years. Need to master quite a number of things first, though.

Anything important I’m missing here?
