Sometimes I feel like my reality is going to breakdown at any moment.
My mind constantly races with thoughts, and there's a little voice in my head that always makes it as if everything has absolutely no value in what I am aiming for, the complete abstinence from materialistic objects and social life, living an almost entirely secluded life I feel has led me to be disassociated with reality.
I sometimes see things,hear things, I sometimes feel absolutely shitty about my state of mind, but also find myself loving the fact that I'm alive that it gives me this intense feeling.
I spend most time, either reading, listening to music or playing guitar.
I find no interest to doing any other thing, not talking to people or going out too often.
And the times I am alone I tend to drift into this state of mind that feels timeless.
Am I going insane /x/?

This one happened pretty recently, I'm 18 so its no childhood story but whatever.

I went to bed pretty early that night, around 10pm. I just remember running around my house in a fucking terrified state. I don't know if it was a dream, sleepwalking or anything else. I just remember running around and being fucking dizzy and scared. Alot like when you have those terrifying fever dreams except I was conscious. I think its real because I remember calming down then going to bed. Asked my dad next morning if he heard me or anything and he said he didn't hear shit.

I don't believe in ghosts and shit but I'm terrified of it happening again, anybody have an idea what was going on /x/

Last night just before sleep, I was doing some light meditation until I got relaxed and started to doze off...when I was starting to fall asleep, I felt something or someone inspecting me, at first I felt invaded and scared, but then I noticed it didn't had any hostile/aggressive intention towards me so I started to communicate with it.
I asked it to show itself to me, to help me understand who and or what it was, I remember seeing flashes of some colors arranged in a circular pattern (there was more, but It's kind of foggy now), I remember understanding that it was not a being from "here", and so I asked for its help in order to go beyond ( I had some experiences trying to project myself out of "here"), and without any effort I felt like there was something lifting my spirit, like I myself was trying to leave my body. I remember it had been actually a little puzzled about not being able to pull me off on its own, something about me having something like an anchor in my deepest.
Then I insisted for it to keep on trying and I started to push myself out on my own, then I felt like I took of, from this point on things started to feel very dreamy, except for my feeling of touch that somehow seemed to persist.
I'm not sure of where I arrived or what I was doing, but everything seemed like my normal life, until for some reason I started to do some math with a few colleagues ( Engineering major here) and while doing unit conversions they would use some strange values, like using 10^6 instead of 10^3 for reducing units (kg to g), after a few more instances of it, I felt like that was actually an slightly different reality.
From this point on things got really weird, I felt like all of that had been a set up to make me actually understand that. Not only that, but the visual aspects of all things faded, I could feel my surroundings but not see anything.

I decided to try fixing my chakras I have never did it before this followed some guides online for meditation and I feel really good now it is really weird. If you guys have never tried it before you should try it to see what I mean. Feels like I just woke up from sleeping really good.

Hey /x/
My mum has a friend over right now who's notorious for being clairvoyant. I don't dispute this, she's said things to my mum on occasion that are accurate and no way she could've known of such things, but other times she has said things that are incorrect also. About 50/50. That's not what I'm curious about.
It's that the whole time she's been here, (about 3 hours) all I've heard is her bitching about every single person who's done her wrong and rehashing fights she's had in her life. She's been pretty much shouting the whole time too lol.
I'm not psychic but it doesn't take one to see she's a highly strung and negative person and seems to just bring the atmosphere down. It's stressing me out just hearing her speaking.
This is a bit different to the psychics I've paid to see in the past who are about 99% spot on and just so refreshing to be around. Very positive and centered and seem so wise.
I hadn't met this lady until now and up until this point I'd always thought those who are clairvoyant are very balanced people with a generally balanced view on others and the world.
I'm completely taken aback by this ladies very negative energy (again you don't need to be psychic to feel it, if you were here you'd agree too).
She is definitely the type of psychic that would tell you that you or someone you love is about to die quite bluntly.
Whereas other psychics I've seen have said this is not at all advised and not a readers place to give such information. She has time and time again been a bearer of bad news to my mum and very rarely gives her information that empowers her.
My question is have you ever encountered a "psychic" who's energy made you feel yuck? Is this common?
Are her "chakras" just not aligned or some shit?
