Over the last few years I have unsuccessfully trying to have a lucid dream, I have found my dream sign to be toilets/bathrooms.

Is it absolutely necessary for me to keep a dream journal now that I know my dream sign? I just write down dreams in my normal journal if I remember them. Keeping a dream journal/going thru it frequently sounds like a hassle to me.

I just wrote down a dream entry. I noticed that most of my dreams include my family and me cheating on my girlfriend as well as crazy adventures. I've never been able to control myself I think.
