and anons assure you you'll be alright
but anon its true
free will is an illusion
I've got one.
>tfw everyone in your life is all part of some master plan to coddle you into believing you are special, loved, and intelligent
>but secretly they all hate you more than anything
>some of them leave because they hate you so much they can't keep up the facade

Hey guys, /pol/ack here.
Cool board.
I've been having the same dream every night for a few months.
It feels creepily real and I'm always completely conscious of what's going on.
It's like a lucid dream but I can't change shit or wake up when I want to.
>>17134788
Whats it aboot ya fukken grot.
Go find some melatonin (it's easy enough to get), take some before bed, and call me in the mornin', champ. If you're stressed about something, it's likely this is affecting your dreams. Brain's a weird thing. Still, not every dream is worth examining, and sometimes it's just a bad sleep habit. A decent sleep aid should help a little, at least, and I've heard good things about melatonin.

Alright here we go:
I'm sitting on some plank raft thing in a really flat ocean. The weather is calm and there's a guy sitting on the raft near me.
I'm fully conscious in the dream so I try to talk to him but I can only ask him certain things.
Almost every time I try to say something my voice kind of chokes up and the words don't come out.
I can't leave the raft either. If I try, my body freezes up and I can't move until I give up and decide to sit back down.
I've only been able to ask him a few things so far.
I see a lot of debate about the Shourd of Turin on here, and most people seem to agree that it's really Jesus' burial blanket.
In the shroud you can clearly see that he has long hair, yet in 1 Corinthians 11:14, Paul (Jesus' closest friend) says: "Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?"
I think that it's time we agree that some old woman sold it for the riches and fame.

I don't believe ANYTHING is fake.
I do believe that the things that are called fake are just watered down truth and perfection.
beliefs are for stupid people

or anyone that wants their own set of identity.
I've been thinking about death lately, and one idea that makes sense to me is that death is like sleep with no dreams, or waking up
Thoughts?
(Pic is unrelated)
I like to think that I'm a flesh body too.
don't forget. everyone poops themselves. knowing is half the battle.
>>17133648
How the hell is poop supposed to be taboo?
It's a necessary function.
That's like saying breathing is weird.
Have you ever been to the outskirts of area 51? What is it like now? I went when I was 14 with my step dad, he was a retired EOD who was a huge believer in aliens. In 1998 we went when we lived in Clark county and were driving around the outskirts and looking at the fencing and were taking pics of the warning signs and were stopped by MP's in white Jeep Cherokee's. Spent about an hour and a half in handcuffs being questioned in the back of their cars, not so much me as my step dad. They took some stuff from his truck and let us go, survival stuff and 2 or 3 handguns and some binoculars he had in the truck, never went back. But wonder what it's like now
>>17133569
maybe it's time to make another trip anon
They took his guns? Isn't that kinda illegal? unless he didn't "Legally" have them, I always wanted to go just to see the guys in the jeep more then the aliens and the base no one ever seems to get to. How hard is it to get 30 people and just bum rush the place.
>>17135288
>bum rushing a highly restricted military base after 9/11
That's a pretty bad idea
I do not believe in paranormal stuff...i ain.t religious...just have a question.
7 years ago during winter i was walking next to my building with a friend. I have been wearing glasses since i was 2yr old. Look at a tree . just around 4th floor see the silhouette of a man. He waves. I blink thinking i just saw some branches. He vanishes. Ask friend to look..nothing. I felt fine back then...he seemed to have known me or something. 1 week ago , after i moved away from that place...i was smoking a cigar on my balcony and looked at a tree that is sort of far... Saw the same guy waving. I got a bit scared...skin gone all chickeny... Am i crazy? Is there some /x/ shit going on resemvleing this?

Lauren will disappoint you, and May, Porter/Potter will cause problems.
One of these is not like the other.
Hello, what light shines from your eyes? Are they dulled and filmy, shelled in the thick mucus of pain and time? Worry not and pull your gaze to that faint light still shining in the distance, for in the light of love those two dirty pebbles will become gemstones.
Follow me towards that flame, along it's shining boulevard. The path may seem to twist and turn or fade away completely, but these are only tricks played by your dull eyes. With your left hand grasp the hand of the one ahead of you, and with your right hand clasp the hand of the one behind you. Journey up this path, towards your birthright.
What light shines from your eyes?
My eyes are crystal blue.
