give me the scariest stories you got
Creepypasta thread are always dead, btw here's my aportation to bring it to life again.
Old as shit but this is one of the best in my opinion.
Hi /x/, you like looking for lost texts, right? I've seen pic related on /lit/ a few times. I can't find any information on some of these books.
I almost wonder if it's a troll, like the Grifter, by posting fake books among real ones. Most of them you can find information about by googling their title, but there's many that don't turn up any information.
Here are the texts with English titles that I can't find any info on.
>Odysseus Weeps
>Dances of Wormwood
>Gloria Candesco
>Midnight Rain
>Cypress Funeral
>Aestrith's Song of the Dead
>Internet Dreams
It's possible some of them may have been obscure poems and essays posted only on the internet.

Looks like someone has weak google-fu. I found half of those in five minutes.
looking for some good horror movies for someone who has seen many including
a serbian film
martyrs
grave encounters
tusk
antichrist
babadook
human centipedes
salo
v/h/s
cannibal holocaust
I spit on your grave
gore and psychological horror are preferred
Martyrs

A serbian film
Martyrs
Those weren't really horrors? Well, I didn't think they were anyway.
And Human centipede? That was more a comedy?
Cannibal Holocaust wasn't scary either, was just a weird suspense...
I don't know what to recommend if you think those are horrors. If you like possession movies, The possession of Michael King was quite a decent new one.
Trick r treat, the morgue, afterlife, insidious, sinister.
The modern Lincoln $5 design was first minted in 1963
The Twin Towers were built in 1973

I have a strange borderline addiction.
I'm really, REALLY, fond of having nightmares. Yes, nightmares. I enjoy participating in them, and I enjoy discovering crafty ways of "invoking" them.
I've tried multiple things to "jump start" nightmares as to be able to come up with them on command and thought /x/ would like to know how to produce some really fucked up dreams!
If you have any experience with this topic, feel free to contribute!
Right, my first functional method of invoking a nightmare before you go to sleep:
>eat chocolate, like pretty furious amounts of chocolate
>the effect is emphasized by how much you eat in my experience, so having a little chocolate before bed won't produce as vivid results as having a lot
>drink water along with the chocolate to help quick and easy digestion
This is one of my go-to nightmare-spawning methods. Buy a few large chunks of your favorite chocolate and then eat until you're almost full.
Try to never eat more than you can handle. Falling asleep can be rough if you overeat, so start with smaller portions.
Second method I've tested to force myself to have nightmares:
>sleep in a warm room
>sleep with a heater on (be safe though!) and put as much clothing on as you can while still achieving comfy enough status to fall asleep
>drink ample water so that you don't have to get up for a drink and ruin the fun during the night
>experiment to find a balance of the correct heat and water intake to not feel dehydrated, and not have to go piss several times
This one's a bit of a weird one, and I haven't gotten 100% results with it. It's a little hit-or-miss, but according to my dream journal (yes, I keep one) I've managed to force myself into a nightmare around 70% of the time by just heat and water.
The nightmares are rarely ABOUT heat though (I only had one heat-related nightmare ever), so I'm pretty sure the nightmares aren't directly affected by how you go to sleep. At least not with this method.
Thirdly, there's the imagination-way.
>read spooky stories/watch spooky movies/listen to spooky music a few good hours before going to bed
>when lying in bed, try to think of the creepiest story or media you found to keep it fresh in your mind for as long as possible
This one's really easy, but after over a dozen times of testing, I've only come up with a nightmare a single timer from this one. I've heard other people have good experience with this, but that's mostly normalfags so they might not be going for the "hardcore nightmare experience" like I'm doing.
I had some trouble falling asleep once or twice thanks to this, but never actually managed to get a nice, powerful nightmare out of it.

Hey guys, /b/ here.
I don't come here often, usually just for spoops.
Anyway I'm live in Parkes, NSW Australia.
>Any Ausfags here?
I'm a rider and I go out for rides really late at night to tear up the streets.
Story:
>be me
>on bike
>like 12:00am, midnight
>hooking around corners, normal bike shit
>notice some guy on a bike ahead of me
>he's riding pretty fast (I'm going like 100km/h)
>figure he's heading to "the track"
>basically a really long stretch of road that everyone races on
>gonna race this faggot.jpeg
>we get to the start of the road

I don't know if this is paranormal or not, but i want to share my experience.
I massage people, not professionally, i don't have a certificate or a license (is there even such things?) its just something i do in my neighborhood and sometimes people come to me for a massage and i charge for like 10-20 dollars for an hour depending on the person, i charge more for people who are fat or go to gym and less for normal people.
The paranormal bit is when i massage people with problems, like when they have neck pains because they slept wrong. i can sometimes feel their pain, like say the neck pain, the moment i touched their neck, i'd feel exactly where the pain is, and sometimes the pain sticks around.
i don't really feel if the person i'm massaging feels good, but if they feel pain i'd immediately feel it. its weird but it helps me with my massage sessions.
anyone here have similar experiences?
My mom does the same thing just by touch a person. It's best to get rid of that harmful energy as quickly as possible so it doesn't mess with your balance of energy.
A native friend of my mom's says the best way to do that is to fully submerge yourself in a running stream or fan smoke from burning leaves over yourself.
You might also look into cleansing meditation techniques. There are too many to list here, but they are very useful.
>>17161742
Sorry but I have to do this as someone else is bound to.
How much for a happy ending?
Sorry, as you were
>>17161742
I get this sort of when I massage people. It helps me with the massage. I don't feel like I'm feeling theirbpaun so much as I'm feeling their relief when I hit certain spots.

Hey /x/, quite often there are stories on here about camping and weird things that happen out in the woods. I'm an avid camper, and I've never had any off experiences, until a month ago. I wanted to share it with you guys.
> Be late Novemberish
> Weather is really nice. Not too hot, not too cold. Decide to go camping/fishing.
> Find a decent park a few hours away in GA. Decide to invite a friend.
> Friend is Mark. Cool guy, homebrews, very perceptive/intelligent, but not the outdoorsy type.
> Convince him to come along because I don't want to go alone and everyone else is busy.
> Tell him maybe we'll find some mushrooms out in the wild. ( We didn't, but it got him out. )
> Pretty much everything goes normal.
> Get there, get camp set up. Go fishing for dinner.
> Around 5-6pm, getting dimmer/cooler out. Start fire and start cooking.
> This is where things go kind of weird.
> An old man with a backpack comes out of the woods. He's dirty as hell, looks like he just got out of a coal mine.
> Comes up to us, asks what we're up to.
> Says he's been hiking all day. Asks to spend the night with us since he's beat and we already have fire going.
> Mark is kind of weary.
> I convince him to let the man stay. He's old and it's gonna get dark soon.
> Old man says his name is Luke, but everyone calls him Scratch.
> We spend the night talking.
> Mostly Luke.
> He has an endless number of stories from his life to tell.
> He has a way of speaking that sort of enthralls you. Like, you just kind of zone out and only hear him.
> No idea how long this goes on for.
>>17161167
> Eventually hear a cackle from the woods.
> Luke says it is likely a coyote/fox
> Every now and then some other weird noise will come out of the woods.
> Keeps getting closer.
> Mark is getting upset. His gut's telling him something is wrong.
> Luke keeps telling us it's fine.
> Eventually, whatever it was reaches our camp.
> Hear rustling in the bushes.
> Godawful smell hits us. It's like diarrhea, booze, and sulfur mixed together.
> <Cackling intensifies>
> Can't make out what the fuck it is.
> Luke walks to the edge of the camp in it's direction.
> Out of nowhere, in a big booming voice he tells it to leave and never come back.
> Hear running. No more cackling. Smell leaves soon after.
> He sits down and tells us that "everything under the sun fears a bigger predator. "
> We've been up all night.
> When the sun starts to rise, Luke goes to leave.
> Goes to shake our hands.
> Mark won't. I shake his hand and wish him well.
> Everything else is normal till we get home.
> Ever since, things have been shit for mark. Just terrible luck.
> Meanwhile, I've had amazing luck.
> Things like finding a 100$ bill, sex life improving, ect.
I dunno, it was a weird experience. Not necessarily paranormal, but it was weird. Just figured I'd share it with you. Don't know what to make of it. Maybe there isn't anything to make of it.
Have a good one /x/.
>>17161173
Sounds like you had a run-in with some kind of forest spirit or shaman. Hell, maybe even a god. Mark should have been nicer
>>17161446
Honestly, I wonder if he wasn't in the right. My gut told me something wasn't right about the old man, but I was too polite to treat him different. Mark's just more honest. We were both seriously uncomfortable.
Evenin' /x/. I'm told there's a "veil" that separates the physical from the astral....is this true? How does it work? Is it true that it's going to part or fall?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parting_of_the_Veil
yeah, you go to colorado and feel bad about your yearly income. veil lifted.
Salvia will break you through the veil. But don't fuck with it, it doesn't like to abused

What can you tell me about meditation, /x/? Do you do it? Do you believe in it? Any stories or results?
>>17160096
It's how you attain get gud. Yw
>>17160096
No, meditation is a myth and no one has ever meditated, ever. Buddha used to just pretend to be asleep so plebs would leave him alone. As a result of meditation being a myth, there are no stories or results, only people pretending to be asleep so they feel better, and have an excuse to not talk to plebs. Hope this help. Btw I'm a girl.

>Salarian Engineer reporting in
Hey /x/ I know this probably isn't a good time to post this because of all of the lelsy spoopy computer threads but here I go anyway:
I've noticed some strange things going on with my computer lately; my music randomly stopping or changing songs, torrent percentages jumping from almost done to 10%, files disappearing etc.
Earlier today I was looking through my images and I found something I hadn't saved- a gorish picture of a (young) dead person with their skin peeled off of their face. I didn't think too much about it, I figured it must've somehow been saved from a /b/ thread. As I continued to scroll through my images, towards the bottom I found several pictures with random text or lines. I decided to open one of them up and my computer shut down immediately.
I rebooted my laptop and was called in to the other room by a family member.
When I came back about 30 minutes later, I found a bunch of strange images on my desktop.
Pic related is the most interesting one.
The rest are on the way.
It's RAT hacking. Problem solved.
OP here forgot to mention I am a girl.
