I posted in a thread yesterday on this but to make a long story short, last November I found myself in my local national reserve in the dead of winter.

Things happened, and I wound up with frost bite to the point which my body had become so frozen the pain had become excruciating. While I will not provide the reasoning for how I found myself in this situation, I will at the very least point out that frost bite does not magically disappear for a normal human being.

After laying down and trying to die after a swim in <20 degree weather, my body, to put it lightly, recovered and I walked the 4+ miles back to my car. It was then that I noticed I began to experience extreme fatigue for a period of weeks which gradually became lighter as they went on.

Throughout this time period, I gained the ability to channel some form of energy flow. This started in my chest, flowing from my heart to the left side of chest, then from my heart to my left eye, and then settling for a while with flow being able to channel from my left and right eye.

This past week, things have been advancing rapidly, to the point of where I am able to transfer this energy throughout my body to an extent, with examples such as the flow opening what feels to be lines throughout both my head, neck, and arms with a sort of cracking noise.

I can go into more detail but I'm curious to know if anyone out there can do anything similar.

Got some bibles from my granny. Burned 2 of them last 2 weeks. Does anyone know any rituals or something? I have searched the internet but only got ritual burning of love letters or something...

I also have a Ouija Board and tried to communicate with spirits/ghosts/demons without success. I have done it with friends and allone but nothing happened.

Any tips?

So I've been trying to astral project for some months now, and most of my failures has been due to me getting too excited and ruining my focus and breathing.
However, back in December, I believe I achieved it unintentionally. I remember suddenly finding myself surrounded by nothing but whiteness. Everything was bright and white, but not blinding. Every time I move however I could see my form like a black cloud moving through the whiteness. I realize suddenly that I had separated from my body and immediately began climbing. Every inch I climbed I could feel myself rising further and further into the white nothing and when I would stop I would start to sink again. The feeling is indescribable. I can relate no physical sensation to what I experienced and when I woke up I could no longer remember completely what it felt like.
So no I've been trying to AP again with no success. However, just now something happened to that has never happened before. When trying to AP I lie flat on my back and link my hands together above my head while listening to delta binaural beats.
I went through the usually motions of getting itches, ignoring them and feeling numb. However for some reason I thought of the time I was surrounded by that white light. And I began craving it. As a laid there, I began to feel nothing but desire for that light, that pure feeling and beauty of being surrounded by that pure whiteness. I started to search with my eyes for any whiteness I could find. And suddenly I saw something, it was like the horizon in the morning, that ever so faint blue light you see as the sun just begining to rise. As I saw this I felt that this was the most beautiful thin I had seen, the beauty of he moment, just before the sun would begin to rise and envelop everything in light. And then for whatever reason my body jerked itself and I broke my meditation.

rituals to gain money/ power/ love/ sex/ kill people... everybody heard at least once about it.

i never knew nobody who did these rituals or sold their souls to gain something so it looks like a hollywood meme for kids.

Rudyard Kipling wrote "east is east and west is west, and never the twain shall meet." A bit strong, perhaps, but he didn't live in the era of globalization.

Be that as it may, I have a strong and perhaps slightly irrartional dislike of attempts to blend Eastern and Western mysticism and eaotericism. Yes, in many ways they take you to the same place. Yes, there have probably been crossovers like Hindu "Gymnosophists" traveling to Hellanistic Alexandria to teach yoga, or Greco-Buddhist encounters during Alexander the Great's time in Bactria, or the Manichean scroll they found in a Japanese monestary a few years ago, or literally everyone using the same zodiac out of ancient Mesopotamia. Yes, I accept these basic historical precedents and I'm not claiming there is zero porosity or exchange between east and west.

That said...I really dislike hodgepodge east-west eclecticism, like people trying to map the kabalah onto the I Ching, or Buddhist metaphysics mishmashed with dark-age European "wizards n' sheeeit."

It just reeks of new-agey dabbling and short attention span shallowness, where you toss the surface manifestations of all these complex systems together while ignoring the depths of all. It's got that "if you try to do everything you end up doing nothing" feel to it. Just pick a single path and stick with it. Know what I mean?

I love both of these mythologies, especially considering claims that there exists the equivalent of a top, top secret space navy, with humans in liaison with extraterrestrial spacefarers.

What does /x/ think? I've skimmed the surface web for resources on these and never got much depth.

Something fucky happened earlier today, so sorry if things come off a little weird, still shook about it.
>Wake up at 3 pm, was out drinking last night
>Go to living room to watch some shit
>pick out based Ultraman DVD I got from burgermart
>Boot up wii, pop disc in, hit "play all."
>Go to kitchen and put some soup on the stove to heat up
>Go back and watch that shit
>It gets to the episode where he fights Zigra (best ep. on the disk) and I smell something burning
>Remember soup, panic, dash into kitchen
>Smoke pouring out from the closed door
>Open it up, entire wall section is on fire
>Go to grab fire extinguisher, fire spreads, a bottle of oil I keep above the range explodes
>Entire kitchen on fire
>Start choking on the smoke
>See through doorway to basement that the fire's down there as well
>Last thing I remember is a huge noise like my water heater exploding
>Suddenly I'm back on my couch
>No fire in kitchen, soup just starting to bubble
>Wii still has disc in the player, still has softmods installed, but the Ultraman V. Zigra episode is gone from the dvd
>Apparently Zigra is, and always has been, a Gamera monster
