Hey /x/, I used to visit this board very often, but I've never had any paranormal experiences to contribute until now. Here's how things started:
>be on /x/ a few years ago
>hear about "binaural beats"
>seems like bullshit, but decided to check it out anyway
>find out that it's sorta like glorified white noise
>different frequencies claim to have different effects, most sensations can probably be chalked up to the placebo effect
Fast forward to a few weeks ago:
>I was listening to binaural beats because they helped focus on doing my school work
>see this related video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU3oAyin8W4
>fuckit.jpg
>I decide to sit down and meditate for the duration of the video
>after the video is concluded, I feel more aware
>it's about 3:00 AM, and I think "might as well go for a walk"
>To make things interesting, I pull up a new video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2LUAggFm1s (a fear inducing beat)
>I begin to walk around alone with my earbuds in.:
>After about five minutes I begin to feel watched.
>Ten minutes go by, and I started to feel like I was being followed.
>As soon as I though I might get used to the rhythmic humming, a sharp static noise scares the shit out of me.
>It was spooky, but I laughed it off.
>about 5 minutes later, I see someone else walking in the distance.
>He was wearing a winter coat, a gray cap, and had nothing really stood out about him.
>He appeared to be walking in the same direction as me, so I stayed my course.
My place is kind of out of the way, so after a while, I found it odd that this guy was still heading in the same direction as me.
>So I stop.
>The man keeps walking
>But he doesn't get any farther away.
Similar to how video game character can get stuck in it's walking animation without actually moving, this guy just stayed in place.
>I stare at the guy for about 30 seconds
>he just keeps walking
>but now he's getting closer.

The unnaturalness of his movements was indescribable.
>I stood frozen in place trying to convince myself that my mind was playing tricks on me.
>after I was certain that he was approaching, I bolted in the opposite direction.
>I looked back
>man walking at a brisk pace in the opposite direction was still gaining on me
>I ripped out my earbuds
>I looked back
>He was gone.
No matter how I tried to rationalize what I saw, I couldn't think of anything to make sense of what happened. So, I went out and did the same thing the next night, and I saw him AGAIN. I could go into more detail, but it was more or less the same story. Sorry if I didn't do a good job green texting it's my first time posting here and I'm not a great story teller. So has anyone had similar experiences? Or would anyone like to offer an explanation of what happened to me that night? Your guess is as good as mine.
i aint listening to that fear induced thing hell no
first track is p good tho
Help me /x/ this whole week for me has oriented around the number 69. Every other day things would happen that relates to the number of 69 like locker assignments or conversation with strangers, addresses, phone numbers, etc. Plus everyday this happens a big celebrity dies, AT 69!!! Is there something to learn here or am I just going nuts?
I will put my nuts in your mouth in a 69 fashion. In return I will blow you at the same time.

It's time for you to wake up.

Hey /x/, have you tried to look for alien videos on youtube recently? If you did, you'd know that the only results you'll get are "funny alien pranks" and "super scary alien in my kitchen!".
It's not hard to see that there is some kind of censoring going on. Why are they removing the convincing alien videos from YouTube? Do they not want people to consider the possibilty of certain paranormal home videos being real?
Link your most convincing alien videos here, plebs. Chances are, it's been taken down.
if you search in other language appear too many home videos
>>17219738
it seems the powers that be are at work here, alot of videos seem to be missing.
you might be onto something OP
Bump for intrest
How would I go about this?
I would like to experience hallucinations, just for the experience.
Drugs are out of the question.
Lack of sleep and the Ganzfeld experiment.
>>17219740
Have you had any experiences with either of these methods?
If so, how effective were they?
>>17219740
Lack of sleep more than 30 hours makes me see shadow people.
Any hidden websites that harbor underground, or fairly hidden stuff. It doesn't have to be magic, but just anything in general that's hidden from the public. Deep web and DNS access are welcome.
Go stare at a tree and think about forests. Really think about them.
>>17219723
*shudder* ew, it's like a bunch of scaly people looking at me. Like I'm standing in a crowd of really tall silent giants, and stuff live inside them
you creeped me out anon
>>17219751
NIGGER YOU AINT THINKING ABOUT WHAT TREES ARE REALLY BEING LIKE FUCKER. Trees are all together. Every one of them connected to the other. You got the mycorizal to thank for that. Mushrooms linking every plant in the forest. They trade, share, grow, live, and die together. When one hurts, all feel it. All are connected. One simply needs to explore that connection to learn everything you need to know.
Can we talk about psychic vampires/empaths/energy healers and the overlap that exists? Specifically, is it possible for someone to realize they are a psychic vampire and then use it for healing others? In my own case, I think I developed this by wanting to help my mentally ill family. After not being able to heal them I began craving it from people who weren't sick. I became an energy vampire. (Also known as BPD). What can I do to make sure I'm helping and not hurting others?
>>17219596
Also want to add that I have had many bouts of sleep paralysis. Meditation has helped.
>>17219596
Also feed off sexual energy but only to my partner. I want to find a way to do this that is beyond me being a parasite.
>>17219605
Keep doing it. You'll find your way.
Does it have a soul, is it councious, are WE artificial intelligence?
>>17219393
I don't about we, but at least YOU are not intelligent. Check that grammar boi. Cleverbot is probably laughing at you.
Artifical intellegence has to do with what is presented to us as learning material.
People think science and atheism is knowledge, but merely they only accepted them as learning tools. The world thinks drugs and promiscuous and illicit sex is a means for freedom because the Way it is advertized
If a psychologists gives you a new way to analyze information, and a bunch of people look into it, that is artificial intellegence.
When it comes to succession of spiritual knowledge that holds righteousness, it is not artificial, it is what we came here with originally, and is corrupted by the material world.
>>17219393
>be me: hello how are you?
>be bot: god i like ice cream XD
SKYNET IS REAL!!!
what's your opinion on David Icke?
is he right?
do inter-dimensional reptilians rule the world?
I think he's crazy, literally. Reptilians?..
But, his knowledge of the banking system and global elite is first class. He has done his research that's for sure, but where he gets the Reptilian shit from idk. If he was just a normal conspiracy theorist he's probably be a good one. He also went on Wogan and said he was the Son of God and the Messiah.
He was a professional goalkeeper and sports presenter one day then suddenly.. reptiles.
>>17218764
>Reptilian shit from idk
It might be an allegory for something else that's he cannot call out or else he would have been dead long ago.
Are there any illuminati members here?
Illuminati are followers of the Ancient Mystery schools of Babylon.
That is what the great William Cooper always told us.
What it means is that they worship the Anunna gods of the Old World of Mesopotamia.
Anu of the Sumerian is Cronus to the Greeks.
But the Romans personified him as Saturn.
This is why the Jews wear that Cube on their head.
Because Enlil is the the Son of Anu, he is Zeus or Jupiter.
And Enki is his brother Poseidon, personified by Neptune.
Yeah man what u want?

and a brief explination of why it should be read
entry-level, but opened my mind.
I had a thread and more follow on's from back in maybe 2009, That had heaps of pfd's I will try and find it in the archive.
I read it very young, and it filled me with a desire to learn more about my heritage and history. Also, it showed me that sacrifice was necessary to destroy evil sometimes, something that most modern texts don't say; now the good guy always wins.
So to meditate do you just focus on one thing and that's it?
>>17217461
Yeah senpai that's how you do it desu.
Wrong, that is not how you meditate.
You don't focus on one thing, it's the opposite. Anything you think of you try and cut off the thought before it finishes.
>>17217484
>Wrong, that is not how you meditate.
Don't be such a liar.
One of my coworkers was talking about his psych class and how they went over the third eye. I'm familiar with the terminology but I don't exactly know what it is. He was going on about reaching an enlightenment and being able to ask yourself questions and getting answers. Can anyone clear things up on what it actually is and how to achieve it?
just wish for it untill you begin to reach the phase. may take a few years
>>17215050
Fucking stop this shit before all the basement guru's emerge from their cheetos smelling slumber to talk about how enlightened they are. I'm gonna report this shit and see if a mod deletes your thread.
>>17215050
third eye is the agna chakra, associated with knowing. I suppose raising your shakti (kundalini, its basicly like a sort of life energy or chi or whatever else they call it, generally understood as the active particle in reality as opposed to shiva who is the static. shiva and shakti form all of creation in tantric nomeclature) from your lowest chakra to your ajna chakra (third eye) could give you the siddhi of knowing everything. It extremely hard to raise it that far or raise it at all, dont trust the new age hippies. read some proper hindu texts about the chakras as that is where the term and technique comes from.

Two cards for each of the parts. I do not need a reading in return, no matter what method you may be using; readings won't help me where I am right now.
>what should you do to improve focus
Six of Swords (Science) and Four of Wands (Completion).
What I would say straight up from a first glance is that you should forgo any sort of emotional feelings that you may had, or at least try to heal your wounds and put your mind to logic and reason and research, and from there build stability and control over the matter that you may need for long-term work. There is also a possibility that you may simply, at some point, need to rest a little bit and recuperate before you'll be able to proceed further with whatever it is that you're working with. So yeah, short and simple: more thought upon the reason and figuring out every single detail as much as possible and more focus upon stability and control.
>what should you do to ensure an income of money
The Chariot and the Queen of Disks.
That's an absolutely odd pair of cards that I'm not quite sure how to proceed with. I could say that you pretty much need to put your will against whatever it is, but don't go as far as to grow utterly insane and simply push yourself through anything and everything. More courage. More stuff along the lines of that; a mentality reality, nothing in works of physical with this card around. Make certain that whatever you're working with that, it's going to be something that you don't really mind or feel like connecting with. The Queen of Disks can symbolize a need for stability, family, home, physical and material work, something that you may need, but at the same time it could symbolize a woman that has these particular qualities. If you think that there's someone in your life with such, then you may just go and ask their help. I was also going to think that the cards may just say ''hey, you know this person? yeah. go for them.''
Good luck?

>was this a previous a lesson on what I didn't want? Or was it a doable thing?
I find that our goals are somewhat transitory as we progress through life. Something that may seem good as a teenager may not carry over well into adulthood. Likewise, you may not see the value of something until much later.
Take this as your lesson instead: instead of what may have been, you have only what is. Progress from there.
As to what you did or didn't want, my father once told me that if you really wanted something, you would have fought and done anything in your power to keep a hold of it. Even if you didn't succeed, you know you would have tried. Likewise, if you didn't try, you must not have /really/ wanted it.
>>17214545
Tough moment, huh? I'd say it depends on what kind of tough moment. If you're feeling lost or depressed or aimless, I'd suggest new things. If you're feeling stressed, or overwhelmed, or anxious, then reconnecting with old things serves to soothe the nerves.
As to the woman, a safe bet is always "No."
>>17214420
Huh. A bit interesting, the split here. You're love life will work out fine, but whether he's the one or not isn't entirely clear, so... enjoy the ride, I guess.
>>17214355
You should go through some rough patches, but your average position towards the end will be better than your average position now.
>>17214026
There is no "the one". There are people you're happy or comfortable with, and there are people you're not. It's a sliding scale, and not black and white. Close your eyes, imagine her smile or her voice in your eyes, and if it makes you smile, then you could be doing a lot worse.
>>17213905
Yeah, although I couldn't tell you how, you were a bit vague, and "success" is a very vague thing to interpret. Would a business man who rises to the top at the expense of a family be successful? You may think so, I wouldn't.
>>17216056
If you are still doing em I'd like one
Gil; 31 male - Will a purchase I'm working towards work out in a few months? To that end, Will 2016 be a positive year, money wise? Thanks anon
So I believe everyone here knows pretty much a lot about the Mandela Effect and the merging of timelines hypothesis, I've come to tell you something in the same vein but sort of reversed, let me explain first a bit about my family's History...
My father's father was a stereotypical alcoholic and a heavy smoker for most of his life and admist the domestic violence while growing up, my dad and his siblings (then teenagers) had to rush him to the hospital in '80 or '81 because of alcohol poisoning, he fell into a comma for couple of weeks, he recovered but realized that it was life's fair warning and really did his best to renew his life, he quit drinking and smoking, became somewhat religious, and even joined a local fitness club, eventually my dad, his siblings and my grandmother forgave him for the years of abuse and bonded better with him, I grew up knowing him as a very different man than what my dad and siblings did.
Unfortunately, he died six years ago, when I was a senior in high school, and although his changing of ways did in fact extend his life expectancy several years, his liver and kidneys never fully recovered and began to fail.
That is the version of this Universe in which I have lived all my life, to his grandchildren he was a good man, a docile mannered man, always laughing, teaching us sports and so on.
But in the past few months I started to have like new memories in my head, new memories of birthday parties, christmasses and family picnics without him, memories of me never knowing him, but I know that they are new and false memories.
The worst of them all is of me as a kid of about 10 or 11 asking my dad about him, in that new false memory my dad was very different than now, he seemed that he had always avoided talking about him, he became very angry and told me that he had died in that comma in the early 80s, and that they still had a lowkey nagging sense of resentment towards him...
>Continue...

>Cont.
I know that these memories do not correspond to this version of my life and the Universe, I was at my grandfather's funeral, my dad made him a small altar of him in the garage, his tombstone has all the right dates and have not changed at all since then, and no, I don't see them and think they were at some point different.
What I'm trying to say is that instead of me merging into a new timeline where I'm suddenly shocked to learn that past events are not what I remember, instead, I am receiving the memories of an alternate version of myself from another timeline, I am being somewhat of a host of a merging.
The problem is that these new memories that I'm hosting are beginning to become of a nuissance, they are very clear as if they were real, the most bothering ones are ones related to my grandfather's death, others are much more mundane, like the color of my first bike or shit like that.
Until now, none of them are like important historical, political or economical differences, and I really don't think any of that sort will appear, it seems that whatever alternate timeline I'm hosting is the same, just that main, much personal difference.
Does anybody have something similar happening to them or know anyone else or have more info about it?
Sorry for the long post and the long wait (I'm writing from my smartphone)
If it is not rp, it is a good story anyways, a book that i would read
Not sure what you're tying to say OP, but in 2008 my mother, my friend, and I had gotten into a bad accident. Ended up hitting a tree, mother died like 4 times on the table and was in a coma for over a month. She ended up breaking her back, traumatic brain damage, etc. Her back healed wrong and shes been disabled ever since.
I do not believe she is still my mother... Despite still living with her (19, college student) she is NOT the same in one bit since before that accident.. I can't even remember what she was like, but she was always happy, nice, giving, trusting, now shes.. Always angry, argues with everyone, borderline psycho.
I don't know what the fuck happened to my mother, i've always just assumed it's because she can't work anymore.. She lives in pain everyday... But I don't know. I just can't explain it... I've grown to hate her so much since that accident all I tell myself is she died in that accident... Just to maintain any love i had for her.
Whether it's only Lovecraft themed, or a direct adaption, let's discuss.
IMO this is the best film.
