Ok so a friend was on a group on Facebook. A Satanism group to be exact and this fella came on and started freaking out the other Satanists. So he investigated the guy for a bit and then sent me the link to his FB...well after just a little look over its obvious this guy is crazy...but after even more snooping through uploaded pics and replying we both came to the conclusion this dudes a serial killer if not a child molester...I guess what I'm asking is can anyone help find out and what can be done?

he killed himself. trust me , it's an accurate guess
This is one of my favorite ones: https://missingpersonsofamerica.com/2016/01/24/georgia-man-walks-away-with-one-boot-on-in-2002-and-is-still-missing/

I've never seen anything sci-fi that's larger scale than a single galaxy. Is It just too difficult to think of? What do you think would be outside our galaxy? What happens at edge of the universe? Is it just a giant circle or something more?
Also /space/ thread
>>17698255
I don't know how to describe as it doesn't make sense. It's like an inside out sphere and once you reach the edge you begin to enter the opposite side. all the edges are actually the center.
>>17698264
what this man/woman says
space is curved so you'll never hit the edge if you go in a straight line, you'll end up where you started eventually
i actually wonder if phasing out of this universe into the container of the multiverse is possible? maybe we're only able to phase into other universes via singularities
i think about what kind of species would be advanced enough to conquer such a feat all the time
Let's talk vampires /x/
Why do they need to suck blood specifically? And why are they considered undead like a zombie?
>>17695679
It's meant to be the drawback/limiter. You gain infinite life, enhanced strength, ect so there are drawbacks to balance it. It's a gift/curse type of thing
>>17695708
In terms of weaknesses, werewolves and zombies have it better.
Blood represents life. Vampires are a symbol for the predatory nature of death and disease. They literally suck the life out of their victims, slowly weakening hem, making them pale and sickly. They are the fear of death personified.
Nowadays, fear is alluring. We don't usually feel it any more and so we seek it. Death is sexy. That's why modern depictions of vampires tend to be so sexual.
I will never understand how people can prefer the Japanese version.
Lol yes the grudge was way better (ringu trilogy suck)
>>17693081
i agree. i saw this version first and thought it was great. then i saw the japanese original and thought it was really unremarkable and not nearly as well made or stylistically cohesive as the american remake. it's rare that a remake is better. this is one of those rare instances.
I like the thing about the volcano. Volcanic islands are scarier in Japan because of their geography.
Which cases (mysterious killings, disappearances) have you obsessed over? The ones that had you stumbling down the rabbit hole as you dug deeper
Hinterkaifeck murders for me. Te fact that someone was hiding in that attic for so long, without anyone noticing drives me nuts. And why was the family killed anyway? Reports of incest too.
Radical pre-Nazi guerillas committed the Hinterkaifeck murders. Look it up.
>>17691021
>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villisca_axe_murders
the potential list of suspects, all ties to dirty business dealings, is the really interesting part to me. Not to mention the killer may have gone on to commit other murders
>>17691059
hm, interesting. Although, considering Nazi's were the ruling party, why would they hide the murder like this? They could send their soldiers to finish off the family if they were convicted of treason. They could even lodge a complain against them, put them in jail, or execute them; Nazi's had all the courts. Unless Im wrong about Nazi party ruling at that time, it doesnt seem likely that they would hire guerillas to kill a small family. Nazi sympathizer seems more likely.
SHARE: What are some things we weren't meant to know? Preferably knowledge that could drive me crazy.

The earth is not hollow
>>17690379
Life is a simulation or manipulated. It drives some people crazy but I accepted it and I'm going with it. I break the 4th wall a lot.
You're not going to accomplish anything you're meant to unless you give up all the things you want to and only do the things someone internally bigger than you, someone you can't relate to, must do
So I was watching "Mysteries of the National Parks" (or something like that) and there was one about the volcano park in Hawaii where people have sightings of Pele (pic related), among other things like shaman sorcery fireballs n shiet.
It was really really enticing. What else has there been in relation to modern sightings of gods? Any Egyptian or Greek deities seen walking around? I know lots of people think they see "GOD" in the clouds and shit, but I'm talking about something real.
>>17690130
Gods and goddesses, excuse me.
>>17690130
Why are you dismissing clouds?
Signs can come anywhere.
>>17690138
I tend to dismiss it when old people (like 65-70+) who are already very religious take really shitty pictures of something vague in the clouds and be like "ITS JEEBUZ!"
Grey's are not plausible depictions of scientifically accurate Aliens.

>>17689183
There is one theory that supports the idea, but it's highly unlikely.
>>17689188
What theory are you talking about? Even if their planet was like ours it's still unlikely.
>>17689193
It's the idea that all life was seeded on other planets by the first humanoid race, ergo all life, no matter how different, will resemble what made it.
If something happened to Earth, would you trust them if you had to evacuate?
>>17688638
Fuck No
depends if the see us as cats and dogs or as cows and pigs
>>17688650
You would choose the apocalypse?
Spooky Greentext Thread.
Last one hit image limit.
Why'd you repost one from the old thread?
>>17681481
Because I didn't have spoops saved before the last thread.
Good story
i witnessed a supernova in the sky the other night and the situation on earth now is that hundreds of solar systemless souls have flooded earth and inhabited the subconciouss of the people living comfy lives...
expect shit to get fucked because they have an agenda and they are in the people who count

Tell me about your character, why does he wear the cape?
>tfw you could have individually taken a mental journey at any moment that lasts a millennium that you forget about it because you can't cram an oceans amount of thoughts into a little teacup of a mind
Anyways, dream thread.

I love the names the NAW believers come up with.
Other than that I agree Op. I gave up weed to get my dreams back and its bretty gd I have to say.
>>17705192
had a dream about a man who makes a deal on a table to some other guy, he agrees to sell something, or make some kind of sacrifice, in exchange many people will be cured of a disease or some shit. honestly i think he sold his soul to Satan
then i see a dark pastoral scene, nocturnal, barren, foggy landscape, on a distant hilltop with nothing else around is a barn.
then i see inside, goats and animals are being tortured by all sorts of machines, wheels, grinding, flattening, and as they bleed and suffer endlessly, so does the living, peeled face
of the man who sold his soul, it's literally just his face, hollowed eyes and mouth, but it is wailing, total pain, bloody and mutilated.

Stop playing doom
so i just had some kind of flash where i noticed that my reality sense has been decreased ALOT. its like i am sleepwalking. i wouldnt even have noticed it if that wouldnt have happend, but i did remember it being way better years ago. something is wrong with me.

>>17704697
Exercise
Eat healthy
sleep well
Do something new every once in a while, there's always places to go check out, camping can serve as a detox.
> Answer is to simple will probably get ignored.
>>17704706
go away shill.
>>17704711
How is he a shill?
I want to try it but I'm afraid I might get stuck or something
like insidious
>>17704580
You can't get "stuck" but you can get to the point in where the experience feels as though it has been eternal, when you're truly lucid there is n time.
>How to lucid dream?
You won't just start lucid dreaming because you want to, you have to start by become consciously aware of yourself all the time, then it will flow into dreams.
Watch your thoughts and emotions constantly.
Also lay of the tap water.
>>17704595
actually there's a shortcut for lucid dreams
Nicotine patches offer a very similar effect with no efforts required
>>17704595
>you can get to the point in where the experience feels as though it has been eternal
well i'm glad to know i'm not the only one, because I've had dreams were I swear to God it feels like years pass then I wake up.
I had one dream where I lived a life from birth to about 35 years old, got married, then got shot by someone in a bar fight which woke me up.
i was a little jumpy the next day.
