Ok guys so I've been suffering from sleep paralysis for just over 2 months now (ITT being paralysed after waking up but still dreaming) but I've been freaking out on why I keep seeing the same occurrence around 2:30 - 2:50 EVERY night..
I've spoken a number of Doctors who just blow it off as "pure coincidence" and I've been prescribed many types of sleeping tablets but it's made no difference!
Do you guys think this could be anything paranormal or even just out of the ordinary because this is scaring more than before.. Any advice is appreciated

Let me start this out by saying this. I bought this house in October, and it is without a doubt haunted. I have had numerous experiences inside the house, as have many of my guests.
What happened last night though, was strange, and left me visibly shaken.

Around 8pm PST on 26 June 2016, in Western Washington, I was sitting in my bedroom, and looking out into my back yard. My backyard extends about 75-100 feet from my house to the chain link fence. Directly behind that chain link fence is a protected marsh/wet land area, with a field full of tall grass and what not.

about 50 feet past my chain link fence is a stump that is approx. 3ft high, and 4-5 ft in diameter. As i look up I see what appears to be a white (and by white I mean computer paper white) head and elongated neck behind the stump, im assuming facing away from me. I would say the head rose to about 4-4.5ft tall, although it did appear to be hunched. I quickly turn to my girlfriend to ask if she sees it, and she immediately does. As soon as we are both looking, the head and neck rotate and look towards my windows (it was too far to make out any facial features) and then quickly duck out of view behind the stump.

I decide to check it out, and since I have a gate on my fence that leads to the field, I throw my shoes on and walk out there. the grass is very tall and comes up to my midsection, almost to my arm pits (I am 5'10"). As I am walking you can clearly see the path I am making by the bent/broken grass stalks. When I get to the stump there appears to be an area in which something/someone was kneeling because a small circular area (2 ft in diameter approx) was matted down. the dirt on the stump is freshly disturbed, like something was resting on it. What I found strangest though, was the fact that there was no path leading to or from the stump. In any direction other than mine. I searched for about 15-20 minutes looking for plastic bags, etc. There was nothing there.

Ey /x/, I'm pretty much looking for some advice on something.

So very soon I'll be exploring a nearby abandoned mental asylum, alone. I've never done anything like this before either. I've decided to straight up do this out of nowhere.

I'd like to also add that I'm not a skeptic but I don't believe everything I hear. I'm usually just unsure about most things, like ghosts for example. I have no idea if those fuckers are real or not. I'm not too much of a pussy either, unless I'm in the dark then fuck that shit. But I'm braving it out for this mini trek.

So, I'm just wondering. What should I expect, is it safe to go alone and what could i encounter?

It's also worth mentioning that this place is really sealed off, nobody goes there really. And it's been abandoned for way over 50 years, it's over a century old too.

Hey /x/,
I'm researching about meditation and consciousness and how it can affect ones life.
Are there any habits I can include in my daily activities to improve myself in terms of "spirtuality" as in "raising my vibration", calming my mind, better dream recall,altered states of consciousness etc?
I meditate half an hour every day but I feel that's not enough yet,also I try to incorporate more vegetables to my diet for body cleansing effects.

Okay this shit has gotten officially weird. My cousin that I've posted on here about- I don't think she's my cousin. I don't fucking know what's going on, but I swear to god I thought I saw her eating a pigeon.

No, I'm not joking. I saw her, as I was driving past a barn, casually go after one of the many birds, catch it by its leg when it tried to fly off and casually snap it's neck. I didn't get to see what she did to it after that, but I was goddamn scared. And when I came back (much) later, this was all I found left of the bird.

Hey guys, could someone explain Muladhara chakra for me please? All others have pretty clear and easy to understand ideas behind them but that one seemed kinda vague for me
