/x/philes, I tried to post this last night but something happened. Anyway, here's my story: When I was about 7, we moved from a shitty apartment complex to a podunk little town in a townhouse because my dad got enough of a promotion to dig us out of poverty. Before then I had imaginary friends, like most little kids that age, that, in my heart of hearts, I knew was my own invention. But when I moved to the house, I started hanging out with Elmer.
I thought it was funny that Elmer was named that, like "Fudd," but he didn't care much for any jokes around his name. So, as not to build suspense, I could see Elmer and others could not. It wasn't like an imaginary friend. We hung out together until I hit puberty, and we started meeting less and less, which seemed fine at the time. But my mother remembers him as an imaginary friend and what's more, she said that I said, "you have to ignore the blood coming from his ear." Apparently, and I don't remember this, when my mother asked me to describe him, there was blood coming from his ear.
Now I'm willing to dismiss everything as the product of an overactive imagination of a child, but recently I've been thinking a lot about Elmer now that I have a kid of my own, and I want to look into the history of the house. But I can't figure out how. I can find the blueprints but even the town's historical society doesn't seem to be much help. They just sent me to ancestry which doesn't help me much.
Anyway, if you help me with figuring out how to research the history of a house, I will post anything spoopy I find. Thank you. Also, questions may be entertained.
Sorry, reading over my post I notice that "townhouse" is the wrong word. It was a shotgun house, little more than a section eight, but still not a section 8. It was near a freeway. Nearest neighbors were over a cow field a quarter mile to the east. Southeast Ohio.
One bump. That is all.
Ima bump this for you.
Because the same shit happened to me and I want to know the history of the house. Whatever he is, it's something dark.
Guys stop. STOP.
WHAT IF CELLPHONES EXSIST SO WE CAN'T LEAVE THE MATRIX.
I mean think about it you can only exit through landlines and smartphones are becoming cheaper and cheaper. I mean there's even tracfone smartphones now. My house doesn't even have a home phone because we all have cellphones. I'm sure this is a common thread here but someone make me feel better about this shit.
Also anyone got this pic but actually readable quality? I tried reverse Google but nothing.
In order to log out of the matrix a redpill needs to reach a landline. But landlines don't exsist/are becoming harder to find.
How does a redpill exit the matrix through a landlines if a landlines doesn't exsist anymore?
Quality to shitty to read when zooming
Post a better quality picture, genius.

Who here has read the necronomicon? What did you think about it?
>>17897483
How does someone read something that doesn't exist?
>>17897496
Pretty sure he means the Simon Necronomicon. It's a real book modeled loosely on the fictional one.
It exists. And yes the simon. Heres a pdfhttps://www.google.com/search?site=&source=hp&ei=slmAV4abJcrVjwSp3674Aw&q=necronomicon+pdf&oq=ne&gs_l=mobile-gws-hp.1.2.41l3j0i3j0i131.2331.2556.0.4107.3.3.0.2.2.0.203.538.0j2j1.3.0....0...1c.1j4.64.mobile-gws-hp..0.3.275.3.gFEN7veykZQ
So a few nights back when i was camping, I had a very odd dream.
The dream was that i was on a plain of a world with black vegetation, the trees were all twisted and leafless, the grass was black and up to my knees, and there was a light breeze.
What was more bizarre was the sky, It was a dark orange with no sun, and stars from the night sky were able to be seen, but i couldn't find any constellations from Earth.
Can someone explain this please? I feel a bit uneasy every time i think of it

I once had a similar vision. When I awoke, I became dedicated to spreading joy to the temporary creatures passing through on this planet. Friend, there is one tree left. It is the place where entities like you and I upload our experience, so that the next time we go/come back, we'll have learned a little more about how to postpone that vision.

What do you fear, /x/?
>inb4 jannie deletes this thread. Fears are often paranormal, faggot.
I'm constantly really paranoid that I'll get air in my bloodstream and die of an air embolism, and I don't know why. Does that count?
>>17897452
how crippling is it would you say? is it like an OCD level intrusive thought that consumes you throughout all aspects of your life or is it just something that pops into your head and you're like "FUCK"
>>17897459
I think it's a bit more of something that just pops into my head when I'm going things that I feel could possibly result in that. It's not bad enough that it's ruining my life or anything like that.
The Hidden College is a group who secretly wield a lot of influence in the US and are based in Silicon Valley and DC.
They are right-wingers who adhere to the neoreactionary ideology, though many are former progressives or even communists.
>They are right-wingers who adhere to the neoreactionary ideology, though many are former progressives or even communists.

>Relatively new compared to other secret groups – oldest members were collaborating in the 1990s, but as a group they only started in the early 2010s.

Sounds like a force for good.

How did you find out about them?
I've heard of the invisible college but not the hidden college.
What sleep paralysis stories have you guys got? I experience it quite regularly, but never really had any creepy experiences.
Interested to hear what everyone else has experienced.
had some last night. falling asleep after meditating and i hit the vibrations stage before obe exit, never felt something quite like this before. the vibrations were like physically being in a paint mixer machine, insanely powerful.
anyhow i felt the presence of someone else who was talking and things got sexual and kinda freaky so i panicked. couldn't get out of sleep paralysis, called out to jesus to help me, demonic voice said "god is on my side now" and i broke out.
don't really think it was a demon, was certainly just a reaction to my panicking. super hyped, been meditating for 1-2 hours every day for like 7 months, first sign of real progress.
Heard a child-like robotic voice chanting "Anon has a baby" over and over again one time pretty spoopy. I think similar things have happened before, but I've forgotten what they said. Probably just minor hallucinations from me being extremely tired though.
A few months ago, I was sleeping in my twin bed and I woke up in the middle of the night facing my closet door and in the corner of my eye I saw a glowing orb, I tried to move was I could not, for a second I was scared and with all my might I managed to roll over to my side now looking at my nightstand, I could see my alarm clocks LCD screen and it said it was 3 am then I got tired and closed my eyes and fell back asleep. I woke up in the same position, with my alarm clock ringing at 6. I didn't feel any pain after, nor there any strange marks on my body. But that expensive was indeed... memorable
Found this, along with other occult-ish jewelry in my grandmas old stuff, anyone able to ID what this opo is? Notice the lines in the circles, what about this? I googled opo and found nothing
Yo
I don't know nothing about this ring,
but maybe that's not written in a Latin alphabet.

Something that's really been hitting me is that there's no really decent entertainment that doesn't involve violence or cruelty. The constant weight of negativity out there is weighing me down.
I look for more positive things but it's either all religious or just plain stupid (fuck off Disney channel with your cardboard cutout characters and boys with layers and layers of makeup fuck...)
So... I need to find a way to focus on positivity when I unwind. How do you keep your frequency high? Suggestions?

Anyone up for a spoopy thread? I think I'm about to go to a /x/ kind of adventure in a few moments, so I thought that maybe I can keep you greentexted and share some pics with you guys.
pic not necessarily related
I'm up for it! :D
Ok, whatever. I hope more people will join later. I'm gonna write this shit and see if anyone is interested.
So basically, I moved to a small town in my country about 15 months ago. It's a pretty shit town t.b.h. I don't think more than 1000 people live here. I moved because I was going through some kind of existential crisis at the time. I had some money, bought a small house and moved away from all the shit. Let's start now.
>be me
>Move to small town
>Over the first few months I try to learn some story about town
>Meet old man called Fernando
>Don Fernando has lived here for 13 years
>He's like 80 years old. Moved here for the same reason as me lol
>He literally told me that wanted to retire and move away from all the shit
>He used to work as a historian in one of the country's most prestigious universities
>I ask him to tell me some of the history of this town.
>Apparently it was founded by spanish conquistadores around some time in the XVII century
>It was mostly just a camp while they were out there killing all indigenous towns they could
>After they conquered everything, they left the place, although some families stayed
>It seems that at some point, town had a population of around 10,000, although most people left in the past centuries looking for jobs in bigger cities
>This kind of places are usually very religious, however there's only one old church in this town, all other churches are modern.
>Old church has been abandoned for more than 100 years
>pic related
>Don Fernando told me he knows the church burned down during mass some time around 1890
>Everybody died
>Church was abandoned
>Church has an old big door, nobody knows where the keys are
>They can't demolish old church because it was protected by the government
>Church has being left untouched for more than 100 years
>"Or at least that's what people thinks"
>wat.jpg
>"I've seen lights inside of the church at night" Don Fernando told me.
>"Someone goes inside every Monday and Friday"
>wat2.jpg
>Basically no idea of what they do.
>"I decided to go inside to investigate about 10 years ago" he said.
Cont?
I think it's about time that sticky got an update. Most of the links have long since been dead, there's new common topics on the board, a lot of the old topics have had updates (such as a lot of true crime stuff) and it could be more concise in general.
What do you guys want to contribute to it?
In particular, I would love to see more David Paulides missing 411 stuff. Also more Ayyyy Lmao's and general conspiracy.
changing the photo would be a good start, maybe something more like op's
personally would like to see links to paranormal podcasts, stuff like that. also maybe linking some of the /x/ projects that have been ongoing such as the Editor's work

10/10 OP
>Devil comes from diaballein which means to slander
>Trust me, I know these things
>Look it up.
Alleged meaning: Through casting
This in their imagination allegedly means slanderer or deceiver.
Look up for other meanings of the words in case there is a meaning that kind of makes sense:
"Through entryway, through entrance" Which would mean: "I AM THE ENTRANCE"
Oh wow, surely this is the entryway to a bad place given how sons of the evil one slander it so much...
>>17895606
>Devil comes from diaballein which means to slander
>Trust me, I know these things
So do we, we know how use dictionaries and research etymology.
>This in their imagination allegedly means slanderer or deceiver.
Whose imagination? It's not alleged, it's the definition of the word.
>"Through entryway, through entrance" Which would mean: "I AM THE ENTRANCE"
[citation needed]
>Oh wow, surely this is the entryway to a bad place given how sons of the evil one slander it so much...
What entrance way? Which evil one? And which specific sons of said evil one?
What the fuck?
>The Modern English word devil descends from the Middle English devel, from Old English dēofol, that in turn represents an early Germanic borrowing of Latin diabolus. This in turn was borrowed from Ancient Greek Greek: διάβολος (diábolos), "slanderer", from 'Greek: 'διαβάλλειν (diabállein) "to slander": διά- (diá-) "across, through" + βάλλειν (bállein) "to hurl", probably akin to the Sanskrit gurate "he lifts up".

>she allows me to white knight her
>we do a video together talking about the oppressive cis white males
>she thinks i'm transgendered
>but i'm actually not
>later she finds out
>mfw she fucks me
This is a stalker white knight guardian's dream.
not really greentext, but for some time i seem to be having a goast acting like my alarm.
first time it happened:
>be student living alone.
>be sleeping
>have exam the next day
>stupidly forgot to set my alarm.
>about 15 minutes before it would be impossible to arrive on time where exams are being held
>in the sort of half wake, half asleep mode, almost back to sleep again.
>hear someone whispering something in my ear, can only discern "forget/forgot" at the end of it.
>immediately wake up. heart pounding like crazy
>made it in time.
i only very rarely forget important shit like that, but after that, most of the time some weird ass noise gets me up by them. don't really know how i feel about it, though.
