Im only afraid of the dark, its weird because im not scared irrationaly of anything in particular but when im in the dark and I think in something scary im afraid it will come when i can't see it, and its usually only mental images like the face of jeff the killer or slenderman, but only the mental images of typical scary people who would harm me, and my father overcame this since childhood and wasn't scared of the dark at all, he actually felt good in the dark, so I would want to know how could I do like him and start feeling safe in the dark.

I'm not irrationally afraid of anything but I flail all fucking centipedes to death if they touch me, fuck them
I also don't like jumping from high places which is quite natural

Everyone can theoretically do it, but very few actually develop their intuition to a point where they can.
In my experience it's random and impossible to control and works better on some people than others,
Usually it's ideas or concepts that you catch, not fully formed, verbalized thoughts.

It's really not as glamorous as you think and even if someone is good at it, trying this out would be difficult because it's not an exact science.

that stuff is for chumps. what you need to do is get beat up by a ghost type thingy. doesnt matter which type any will do. half the spooks seem to be trouble makers who attack people. just put up with it for a while. sooner or later a nice one will try to patch you up because you look like you just went thought a wood chipper to them and its unsettling

this is where the spooks messed up. you will be attuned to a different wavelength after that. then you just need to defend yourself because they tend to overreact to stuff and some one will want to pick a fight seeing as your no longer crippled. sadly you dont get to see any of this just feel it and you will look crazy if you flail around

eventually some one is going to call in the big guns. this is when need to go to seep. sounds crazy but during crazy mysterious sound outside time you need to ignore it and go to sleep. for me it was a metal chain the first time then scissors the second outside

They're thought forms. So entities being brought into existence by one's imagination and willpower.
