Most people follow the path of a master before them that achieved enlightenment, but, I personally found my own path in the midst of chaos. I call it, Biyoga or Tchyoga. I had to follow a very hard set of routines every day in order to achieve the same results which I created the routines through a "philosophy".
So my routines, though designed for people who would normally be too ignorant to achieve enlightenment, are able to do so successfully over a course of about five years.
My routines come in three steps
Step 1: Deprivation
By depriving yourself of things such as sleep, while also depriving yourself of sight, hearing, and being naked in some place about seventy degrees, you can deprive yourself enough so that your mind will actually try to force you to use sensory more, which forces you to begin turning inside yourself.
Step 2: Diet
Eat a single mean in the afternoon every day and skip breakfast. If you have a disfunctional problem and can do that, then this isn't the method for you. The afternoon snack should be something sweet and simple, not going over four hundred calories total no matter what kind of calories those are. Be sure there is no caffeine inside.
Step 3: Forced Enrage
This step should be easy if you follow step 2, as you will not have ate enough to need to use the restroom. Force yourself to feel your negative emotions and release them by breathing in, then breath out while clinching your abdominal muscles, fist, and arms, as hard as you can eat time you breath out.
Do these exercises about two hours a day and you shall find yourself able to astral project much easier then before and become very powerful.

I had a short visit to one, only a week.
Each day I would talk to this guy there and he made the most frightening faces I've ever seen and then would act like nothing happened.

I can tell you about the second, but not about the first.
Spent December 2011 to September 2012 in a private psychiatric hospital. It was an old hospital, started running in 1882. Over the years a number of patients died there.

Hey /x/, I've only posted here once or twice before so forgive me if I don't get the board culture. I was watching one of those "creepy websites" videos (I know, I know) and noticed a symbol in one of the screenshots that was really familiar to me, pic related. I did a little research to find out what it was, or at least something similar to what it looked like, and found that this is the alchemical symbol for lead or Saturn. Now, here's where I'm getting creeped out. I drew this symbol back when I was in 7th grade (around 8 or 9 years ago) as a band logo when I had ambitions about music, but I thought I had made it up. I never had seen the symbol before and had no idea it was a thing until just now. I know this is just a coincidence, but can anyone shed some more light on what this symbol means? I figured /x/ was the best place to approach this issue since you guys have helped me figure stuff out in the past.

The shape is based on the sickle of Saturn (Chronos) and is primarily used to represent the planet. Traditionally it is the planet of limitations, judgment, and karma, but it's also popped up in a lot of mind control conspiracy theories and whatnot as a symbol for the Illuminati/Jews/Freemasons/Satan/Whateverthefuck.

I think it's a very simplistic shape that you could have reasonably made up independently. My knowledge of it, besides the saturn thing, is that it's mainly a pictographic representation of a harvesting sickle or scythe. You could see the grim reaper in there if you really wanna reach. But honestly I wouldn't get too freaked out about it, sometimes these things just happen.

Well he wrote a series of deep and dense books under the Matrix name. When I read the first one in 1990 it devastated my 15 year old self.
The series is very heavy reading discussing the truth about government and aliens, how we are manipulated through our food, vaccines, electronic pulses, the new world order and so much more.
The first Matrix along with the movie They Live started the red pill journey for me.

In the end, aren't all the answers you need within yourselves?
Try, fail, repeat, learn etc... If mastering yourself is your greatest work, why would loose time reading shit about potentially biased/false information when all your need is observe yourself and practice?
For instance lucid dreaming/AP, I'm sure someone persuasive enough would have at some point figured it out by himself after enough self experimentation.

Interesting answer.It is certainly not true for every spiritual leaders thought, as some are just paragon of their ancestral faith without bringing much things from their addition.
IMO nowadays people are so used to be socially/educationnaly spoonfed that they almost forgot that they also have the power to learn and experiment on their own, especially in the comfort of our modern society.

I've been a man of god for many years. I've came across numerous symbols like this in my time. If you keep this inside your house expect your viscera and life force to fall out from your butthole. I'm not a summoner or anything, but there's this thing that's been in my head for many years now. The bad part, is that I have the sudden urge to summon it. Part of me wants to get rid of it once and for all, the other wants to keep it. I think it's a demon or negative spirit, but I'm not sure.
In it's natural form it's a human male who claims to be a powerful prince. It's very power hungry and clever. Our relationship has become parasitic where I think of it every night. It wants my attention/energy otherwise it turns into some demented monster made up of the body parts of its victims. I have bad visions of it ripping open and eating children, babies, pregnant women, etc. and all the blood everywhere and enjoying the process. I have to mentally be with it and calm it down, or else it will become more grotesque and violent. This drains my energy very quickly and gives me cold chills that are very unnatural. My visions see other people trying to calm it down only to get killed. If I get afraid it gets mad and I want to run away from it but it always comes back for me but doesn't kill me. It only wants to kill me if I manage to think something else for so long because it feels I have betrayed it, however once I go in mentally to make it calm down it doesn't. I have the urge to take care of it so I can keep it from killing people, and I feel genuine pity for the thing and sometimes start tearing up since no one understands it.
When it's calm and once my energy is back it turns human and can help guide my life and we talk sometimes. I feel a strong connection for it but I am also repulsed by what it can be when I don't give my time and energy to it. It's become a problem where it demands more energy attention from me every day or it distracts me from living reality.
What is it anons? Is it a demon? What do I do with it? It's been in my head for many years, and it wants me to summon it. Sometimes my pupils dilate and I get hot flashes reading names of demons. Help.

Pic related, it looks like this, and it kept grow more ugly and violent if I ignored it. There was also a hole through its chest that put me in there and trapped me in. It made me see all the killings it did and thought I would appreciate it.
There were some occasions where I couldn't tame it and it had gotten so bad to the point it tortured live people and experimented with them and I had to watch all of it since it liked it so much.
It eventually infected and devoured almost all living things on earth except me. It wanted me to watch everything and didnt want to let me go. It didnt have a heart although it loved eating them.
It wanted to become God. It eventually ruled the whole earth and reanimated hunks of dead corpses so it would stop feeling less lonely, although it prized me the most because I genuinely understand it.
It wanted to invade the whole universe, devouring whole planets, becoming insane and no longer capable of speaking english but only screeching. I couldn't stop it. I kept crying and it drank my tears. It wanted me to be happy with all the planets it devoured and people it killed and took over.
When I left from it mentally it became miserable and more insane. It kept wanting to acquire more and more planets to fill its emptiness. It kept making more animated corpses. No one could make it happy. What it wanted was me. I couldn't make it stop, I kept crying. It didn't want to make me cry since it thought human emotion was a weakness.

You need a priest. And not some simpering priest born and raised in the US. What you need, Anon, is a senior priest from Eastern Europe, fresh off the boat. One with decades of guidance and spiritual council under his belt, who has seen some rough stuff in his time. He won't immediately phone the cops and have you hauled off to the loony bin, oh no - he will do everything in his power to force it to stop tormenting you.
It won't be fun, but it can't be anywhere near as bad as what you seem to be experiencing.
