One night I was doing some paperwork at my register when I looked up down the sporting goods aisle in front of me and saw a shadow walk towards me then disappear. The experience still gives me the creeps. The whistling is also spooky but more annoying, usually just a quick one, but one night it was right in my ear.

Yes, I know it's possible to get the surgery done. It's by Stroma, and it costs $5k. It's not in the United States yet. It only goes to blue, and does change your eyes to green.

General meditation. When you can quiet your mind, and be able to be alert yet not try to mentally anticipate when the next punch will come you will be able to KNOW as soon as the punch is about to be coming.

Just meditate and still your mind. During boxing keep a still mind and don't try to anticipate anything just react, trust you instincts and train hard.
