There aren't that many interesting stories where I'm from (Poland, subcarpathian voivodeship), but I got few.

1. In my town (Sanok) there's this house pretty close to town square. It's a modern, new built house that kept on changing owners as people can't last living there more than few months. Apparently some weird shit happens there like doors shutting itself etc. I had a family friend living there for a while and when he and his mates where drinking on the balcony someone kicked the doors in. They all ran outside and searched the perimeter, but found nothing.

2. There's plenty of bunkers on the outskirts of the town (Molotov line went along the river that cuts through the town). Apparently a soviet officer hid his whole family in one of the bunkers when the Germans attacked in 1941. Their bunker got overrun and blown up. I never heard of any spooks being there, but I find the story interesting.

3. There's a church in a nearby village (Strachocina) that was haunted by the ghost of a warrior (probably a Tatar, but I don't remember). Weird shit would happen at night, like stuff being thrown around at the altar etc. The hauntings finally stopped when one of the priests went to check out the noises at night and decided to pray for soul of that ghost.

4. A lot of people were brutally killed by Ukrainian Nationalists in the nearby forests during and after ww2, maybe that's the reason behind a part of the road going close to a forest being haunted. Some say that you can see an apparition of a woman there at night.

I was thinking, what if we weren't supposed to manipulate the earth?
I'm probably wrong, and correct me if I am, but humans are the only race that takes/changes from the world on a very significant scale

I just came back from a two hour nap, or rather a my first lucid dream. I'd rather call it a semi-lucid trip through my subconscience.

I could greentext if people are interested but it's slowly fading from my memory and just the raw story remains. It was a truly intense experience none the less. I hope I'd do it justice.

I was floating down to earth. And when I landed the earth was really quiet. It was dark and really grey. These creatures where patrolling the earth. They looked very human but it was like they were constantly shifting and only took form when I looked at them. They were confused and I jumped into the sky really high and just sort of floated around and don't know how long I'm up there and then these people came. They told me they needed me to come with them. They needed help. So I followed them. They took me to a large ship. It seemed as big as a continent. it was greys as whites and blacks and soft beige and it was warm. They showed me around and I live there for awhile with them. A woman came to me and handed me a small grey clay doll she claimed was their offspring. Once I set my eyes upon it, it came to life and grew features, It brightened up and took form. I gave it back and was put into a room. With a large square in the middle and two seat placements. I sat on the one and when I looked over I looked over at myself. Then everything starts to shake. And I look over and everything was breaking. I look over to see no one now, but where they stood, the platform is broken. I fall into cool darkness which slowly fades to Blue and then to a world of color. And I'm walking with my family and people I know. they're on a beach, It's bare of green but there's the bluest ocean I've ever seen. And I ask my mother. How did I get back here? the universe died and I've been floating for a millenia. And she laughes at me as they get onto this ship and I jumped into the sky and float around. Everyone is stunned and in awe, and then I dive into the ocean until I no longer know what's up or down I keep going for what feels like forever. And then I look down and land on earth. And it's quiet.
