Never really had any in dreams that I can recall, but I've had something similar where there'll be some event or situation I'll imagine happening a few times, and later on (usually at least a few weeks, sometimes even months) it'll happen with astounding similarity to what I imagined, sometimes even down to verbatim sentences said by people involved.

Actually, nothing. Absolutely nothing. And many years of meditation before going to sleep even helped me to think nothing. And I mean nothing. If I'm unfocuse (Don't know if you cant call it that because I don't focus on nothing) it can be short durations. If I can keep it up for a few minutes I'll pass away. Feels like some kind of brainreset.

It can happen though that I see some white stripes sometimes. And obviously these red stars, which mostly come from the light behind your eyelids. But most of the time my subconciousness kind of ignores them and makes such visuals vanish because they make me think about it which wouldn't be nothing, you see?
