Me and my family went to see a Chinese fortune teller I'm Vietnam recently and he managed to accurately state some of the things in my mom's life, is there any legitimacy to these fortune tellers who use a book or is it just nonsense?

Some time ago, browsing deep web I came across a "Blog". It was new, founded on my visit. There was a story about it and a conspiracy theory. I considered it a fake, but the next day when I wanted to know the rest of the story (the author had the next day to present new facts) the page has disappeared. I know that such things happen often on the deep web, but it is more interesting to do when we know the content of the blog. The author walking around the abandoned buildings found a can of documents, rather than handwritten notes. They were unfortunately not in the best condition, so the author amateur them "completed".
On the blog he managed to present only one page, but wrote what contained the other notes.
From what I remember, a certain organization named NIMROD (on the first page the name is shown in the cesar code) is controlled by the American government from the hide. The author gave an example of withdrawing from the war in Vietnam, which greatly aggravated NIMROD and as part of vengeance destroyed Nixon by the water gate. And they forced the election of President G.R Ford, who was to restore trust to government. JK.W

There are certain things in my life that happen to me that would be impossible for certain people to know, yet they know somehow.
I have the strangest feeling that I'm being watched a lot of the time and I've just gotten used to it.
I've had this feeling for quite awhile now and every once in awhile, my mind will start making connections between seemingly random events from my past, and then I'll realize that those events are, in fact, connected and I realize that they're connected, yet, there is no way to prove that they are connected.
I've come to the conclusion that:
A. My life is some kind of TV show.
B. Some people are telepathic.
C. God, or, some kind of entity is toying with me.
D. I'm going insane, or, I already am insane.
What would be the more likely answer, /x/?

Look, it's not every day that I come across a belief or system that I don't have some degree of knowledge about. I don't know anything about chaos magic, and I'd like to learn what it is concerning. Research purposes... like, what is it? Why chaos? Why not something else. Why wasn't every other system in existence good enough? How does it affect the morality of a person? Is it even aligned with any sort of morality? That sort of thing. I just like to know about stuff I'm not familiar with even if I don't plan on being a scholar in it.

I know there is much debate and little agreement on what a soul is and how it operates in the individual. Hell, most people dont even believe they exist. I do believe souls exist but am not sure what they are or how they are a part of me.
I recently saw an anon claim that God isn't sending any new souls down to Earth which leaves the door open to the possibility of soulless people. If such people can exist, how would you recognize one?

In other threads I have seen people talking about their being a limited amount of souls on earth so most people are soulless automatons like a NPC from a RPG. Its a terribly troubling thought because even thought I spend a great deal of time on introspection and trying to figure out my self I can't for the life of me remember any experience that could be classified as paranormal. I can't feel my soul. I may be a stupid NPC for all the player characters to interact with. How depressing.
