A while ago there was a huge lump of mass that was sitting outside our solar system (or within, Idk) that we couldn't detect with light.

I think this was a few times heavier than Earth and contained within a single body - so you can rule out any asteroids.

People made this out to be whatever I guess. There's bound to be some interesting and probably quite accurate hypotheses out there.

Just keeping a journal won't make you lucid dream. Study those dreams for reoccurring themes or places that you can recognize while dreaming. Becoming aware in a dream is half the battle because then you have to fight getting woken up by that consciousness. One practice I've seen is staying completely still when waking up from a dream. Do not move and just be there in between sleep and awake.

It's possible. What you don't want to do is obsess over that outcome. Think about what it is you want to dream about while in bed. LD is a mental exercise and has to be built up. If you train your mind to prepare for a monster, well be prepared for one. That goes without saying sleep paralysis is weird by itself with no monster just know that.

I remember my dreams pretty much everyday.

Most of the time it fades away during the day and I should probably start writing in my dream journal again.

I have rather interesting dreams as well. For example the lastest intense dream that I remember was from this week. It was like some sort of "training session". A training session on how to deal with fear. During this dream I was dreaming within the dream, I was having nightmares to be exact.

I have to say before that during my dreams I may not be completly lucid but I'm somehow aware that I'm a creative force within this dream. There were many dreams in wich I actually created beings, ceneries and there was even a dream where I created a 40k like universe.
I also do have nightmares from time to time but I'm never really terrified of them, nothing ever bad happens to me, it just gets very close to happening from me and I can always wake up when I want during them.

Anyways, during this dream I was having nightmares within the dream and I guess the task was to endure them for as long as I can and I did and everytime I got too much I was waking up again within the dream. I didn't really think about it during the dream. The last dream in the dream I had I actually became lucid and started running around yelling "I am dreaming I'm dreaming" heh.. when I woke up I actually thought "Well this must be reallife now, this is actually realife" but well, it turned out that it also was just part of this dream.

Pretty much all of my dreams don't play in this reality anyways. Often times there are characters in it that I know from reallife but they are just different versions of that person.

The most interesting dream I ever had actually happened last week I think.

I went to bed at about 3 and it took me about 40 minutes to fall asleep. You should know that I'm quite a metaphysical thinker and that I have pretty intense shivers pretty much all during the day from the intense emotions/energies I'm able to channel by myself.

Often times when I can't sleep at night I get really amazing thoughts and shivers for minutes on end, heh.

Anyways. This dream was totally different than all the others I had.

It was actually not in any sort of reality. I believe I was put in some kind of state of being semi multidimensional. I was creating everything with my mind, there was nothing to really see or hear, it was just pure perception. The dream was just a pure stream of concsiousness basically. I mean this reality is too, but imagine it to be without any boundaries. No knowlegde of human things as well.

I was basically co creating an experience with other beings, wich I believe to be my "guides". Although I don't really believe in guides, we have infinite guides and that's just the creative source basically, wich is just you with you. That's how I'd put it shortly.

I already knew that suffering was the smallest thing in existence really but this showed me why. If you are always concsiously creating the stream of concsiousness there is no suffering, it was pure ecstasy really.

It's hard to explain I guess but there will be some that will get something out of it, whatever it may be.
