So over the last year or so I've been getting near monthly sleep paralysis. This wouldn't be odd if when this happens the experience goes like this: open eyes, black, phosphenes appear while eyes are open, legs float while load sound (kind of a ringing) gets louder and louder, break free. When I move my legs(always what I move first) they are still on the bed, though I know they were in the air seconds prior. Explanations?

Okay so I'm VERY new to 4chan, so forgive me for being an ignorant asshat. Also: y'all know the story imma bout to tell probably so maybe you know whats going on. Either that or y'all tell me to KMS but it's worth a shot.
Anyway, there have been multiple occasions in my life where all luck just defies logic and helps me out, for lack of a better explanation. For example, say there's no chance of this one thing happening and then *poof* it happens. Along those lines, at least.
For an example that happened to me,I was rolling dice against this one kid, and he gets like eight total. Then I tied that, so we rolled again. Then he rolled four, so did I. Then, finally, he rolled eleven. Everyone else there bet on me losing, when I rolled twelve. The only roll that could have won me the game.
And this thing has happened to me before under different circumstances. If y'all know what's going on, tell me, thanks.

i used to lurk on this board a few years ago, and now after a first time evp session in my current (new) appartment, im in desperate need for advice
We contacted a seemingly friendly spirit first, however it was "unclear" if it had ever been alive prior. It knew my name when i asked, pic related is a screenshot of when it replied almost instantly.
It began to warn me and my girlfriend of a demon after i asked if anything else was here with it, and told us to act normal as the meters rose to the max and the screen began to glitch out. It now seems our friend casper is gone, did we get him caught by the demon? Are we in danger? What should we do?
I have a video if anyone is interested, it doesnt show much but the screen being glitched out once and part of our session.
