I'm trying to remember the name of this huge creepypasta I read back. It was a collection of stories from this group of friends, and I was hoping someone else would recognize it based on the few stories I remember.

One story was about this house that had some sort of strange black animal creatures, bird-like in appearance. A kid and his friend went in the house once, but I don't remember what happened next very clearly.
Another was about some sort of chinese meat shop and the family that worked there. Specifically there was a daughter there, and at some point a group of two dudes peer in through the back window and witness some disturbing shit.
Another was about this dude that sold or gave a record to the group of friends, and when they listened to it, it was mostly extremely quiet noise that would occasionally hit a loud spike that hurt your ears.
Finally, there was a story about someone who found a cassette or some type of mixtape in a hole in the wall of a restroom. It had the title "The sound of ...(I forget the exact title)" and said something benign, but the third tape the person finds (he/she returns twice after listening) mentions something about a tumor or cancer. The reveal at the end is the tapes somehow effect the person who listens to them directly.

Please help.

Saw a thread on here earlier about someone asking about travelling to other countries or places in your homeland, figured I'd start a thread about those of us whom have traveled and experienced things you found creepy.
If you paid any attention to the thread I mentioned, I'm the guy who ended up travelling alone for five years all over the U.S, Canada, and Mexico.
Let's start with one I remember extremely vividly.

>During the third year of my travels
>At this point I'm in Wisconsin heading towards the border with Canada to go see a few friends of mine
>Should mention that throughout the five years I traveled primarily by foot
>Had been walking the majority of the day and dusk was starting to appear
>Decide to try and hitchhike to the next town and hopefully find some cover (it looked like it was going to pour)
>A beat up older model chevy stops, the driver looks like a guy in his late 40's
>Asks me where I'm headed, tell him the next town over, he tells me to hop in the back and he'll give me a lift
>Do as he says, and soon am rolling down the road enjoying the chance to rest my legs and the nice cool breeze
>About an hour passes and we arrive in this tiny one road town, literally every building is on the single road heading through it
>Hop out, thank the old guy, and he hesitates before speaking
>"Look son, I dunno who you are, but if I were you I'd keep going and not stop here'
>Guy even offers to give me a lift to the next town over where he's headed, but I decline because I'm hungry and want to sleep in a real bed for once
>He shrugs, then warns me to be careful, then drives off without a look back
>I think nothing of it and head into the closest diner looking place to ask about a hotel and grab a bite to eat
>Walk in, a little bell chimes, and quite literally everyone in the place stops, turns, and stares at me like I'm a piece of trash or something
>Think nothing of it, when you travel for as long as I had you realize all small towns are like that

Okay so recently I got a number sent to me by a friend that apperantly was hooked to a payphone in Baker California. After calling the number I heard some weird beebs and hung up. I later recieved a text from that same number saying "Welcome to the Mojave. The truth has been lost. Find it."
Has anyone on here heard about this recently? Is it somekind of scam?

Whenever I wake up from an unpleasant dream I always notice that I'm laying on my back with my feet/legs crossed, even though I usually sleep on my side. What's /X/'s explanation for this.

>decide I should eat before heading to bed
>open cereal box and grab bowl
>pour cereal into bowl
>most of the pieces are burned/cooked or something, ranging from lightly browned to a little charred all over
>pieces that were closer to the edge of the box seem more burned
>wonder what the fuck is up
>open other unopened box of cereal
>same thing
>start frantically checking around my house for other burned or damaged things
>slightly melted butter (could be incidental though) singed bread, some of the drier spices in the spice cabinet have been burned, carrots and other vegetables felt warm (could just be me)
>none of the water coming out of the faucets is warm or anything, none of the doorknobs are hot
>decide it's nothing to really worry about or call someone over

And now I'm here. Anyone have any clue as to what just happened to me/my house? I don't think it was paranormal or anything but /x/ is where you come to for irl spooks right?

ITT we talk about times we got spooked in public places, no forests or abandoned houses or any of that shit

>customer approaching as I fill up my plastic bags on the lazy susan

>customer, fat woman in her late 40s, makes a weird high pitch sound in her throat, similar to a cat
