Share your ghost stories OC or old don't care.
So many stories seem to be alien or goatman but has anyone ever seen or met a ghost? Does anyone else believe in them?
Will share my own story in a bit just typing it out cause it's long.

It's not really much of a story, but right after my grandfather died I used to see him kind of scuttling (moving low and fast) from room to room in our house.
>>18625559
>be me
>11-12 years old
>living in a rural town in NC, nothing ever goes on here
>lived with pill-popping mother who always went on and on about conspiracy theories, mothman, 9/11, etc.
>one day she nails two huge blankets over our patio door
>i'm just like "what the fuck" but i go along with her and didn't ask many questions
>always tried explaining that there was the ghost of a little girl trapped on our patio
>generic ghost attire, black hair and white dress, as my mom described it
>figured she was just doped up and didn't believe her
>eventually i started getting curious
>wait until like 3 am one night
>mom's sleeping, everyone's out of the house, I'm basically alone with no one to worry about
>crawl to patio door and lift the blanket just a tiny bit
>enough to peek my head through the blanket and look outside the door
>see two tiny white feet drifting across the length of our patio, walking but not really touching or lining up with the wood, she seemed to phase through most of the building
>shit brix
>throw the blanket back down and never step foot on that patio ever again
We figured out after we moved (when I was 14) that some girl had been murdered by her abusive boyfriend years before we even checked out the apartment, I have no clue if that has anything to do with the girl I saw walking on our patio since she seemed so young, like 7 or 8 years old young.

Was it scary or friendly sorta thing?
Anyone else watch lost tapes when they were younger. I would always watch it with one of my close friends and we both always got scared shitless.
I remember always watching these too:
>MonsterQuest
>Destination Truth
Here are some new ones I wold reccomend:
>Survivorman Bigfoot
>Expedition Unknown
You mean that stupid show where the host goes across the globe and spends untold sums of money to get drunk and then never find any evidence? shit always pissed me off, the destination truth dudes would go to some far off country and spend just one fucking day looking for evidence and never find shit, like if they had spent all that time, energy and money on one case maybe they could have discovered something actually worth putting on television instead of wasting everyone's time
chernobyl episode is the only saving grace, otherwise fuck that fucking shit
>>18625279
I know I watched it as a teenager but I can't remember if its any good
>tales from the darkside

how old are you, op?
Ok, So I will drop the hyperbole and just share this experience with you.
>Stuck on an airplane with nothing to do
>Decide to try meditating, its been forever since i last tried
>After a few minutes of clearing my mind and focusing, Im able to feel a pressure build up inside of me.
>Soon Im able to push and pull the pressure all around and my body as well as in/out of it.
>As I am meditating, I shift my hands around until every fingertip on my left hand is pressed up against its counterpart on my right.
>Notice Im able to move this pressure around easier when I do this.
>>18625035
>As I meditate, certain shapes/patterns begin to come to mind.
>2 overlapping circles
>5 points connected by one focal point
>A crescent moon
>A sense of forward momentum
>These patterns keep coming to me even after I stop meditating. I cant get them out of my mind
>The next day at work I try to piece all these shapes together into one image.
>After a bit of sketching and revising, I come up with a good idea of what i had in mind.
>Get home, create this image in photoshop
2/4
>>18625056
>Not quite satisfied with it. Doesn't feel exactly right.
>Spend a few hours or so tweeking it around while Im bored at work.
>Finally, settle on this revision, (which I later finalize in Adobe Illustrator.)
>Study this image; it has a tendency to "tickle" my brain for lack of a better word, like when you look at an optical illusion or something.
>Looking at the image makes me feel more focused/aware in some hard to articulate way.
3/4
>>18625063
>Later on throughout the day, I realize the symbol I created matches up with the way I was placing my hands together
>My 5 Fingers are the 5 points.
>The one that is on the far side that is connected to all of them is my thumb
>The 4 remaining points on the other side make up a semi circle that resembles a crescent moon
>The 2 Circles overlap, just like my 2 hands when I bring them together.
I know this isn't some crazy ass cryptid experience or anything like that, but it just seems like something some of you guys would be interested in. Im sure there is a reasonable possibility that this is all a coincidence, or me just finding meaning where there really isn't any to be found. However, Id be curious to know if anyone ever had anything similar happen to them, or know of any other explanation as to what happened.

What's the difference between using Chaos Magic and Goetia/another entity system?
In the end you get what you want, just that in one you risk getting cucked by a being.
Or what?
I think a new emerging belief system that perfectly matches the paramaters of chaos magick, is acutally kekism.
Memes are literally transforming the fabric of reality.
>>18625512
kekism is chaos magick applied to internet culture and the meme machine

goetics are stronger than most anything anyone not a high level adept could produce, and if you ain a bish nigga u be ok with goetics
nothing better when you need some heavy lifting done, and the proper ceremony itself is a tour de force of western occultism
Too lazy to make a thread on this but some software have been using magick symbols as logos.
Here is a chaos one, it is a distribution that is a clone of a commercial linux distro.

Mysterious Earthworks Found in the Amazon
More than 450 large geometrical geoglyphs have been discovered in areas cleared by deforestation. Created over 2,000 years ago by an ancient people who once lived in the region, these mysterious earthworks have cast doubt on the idea that the rainforest ecosystem had remained untouched by humans until the modern age. The exact purpose of these structures however continues to remain a matter of some debate. A lack of artefacts at the sites makes it unlikely that they were used for habitation and their layout suggests that they were not designed to be defensive structures either. The most likely explanation is that they were some sort of ritual sites.
"The fact that these sites lay hidden for centuries beneath mature rainforest really challenges the idea that Amazonian forests are 'pristine ecosystems'," said researcher Jennifer Watling. "We immediately wanted to know whether the region was already forested when the geoglyphs were built, and to what extent people impacted the landscape to build these earthworks."

PSAs and Emergency Alerts are unnerving in their own right, but does anyone have any stories of creepy broadcasts or something?
Gonna put this here to give an idea of what I mean https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mw_HKzo9Ync
bump, something about emergency broadcasts appeals to me. I think its a combination of the whole SHTF and some paranormal stuff contrasted with the normalcy of a local news channel
You know whats even more creepy. The fact that i was literally just watching videos of people getting pranked with fake nuclear attacks broadcasts like 5 minutes ago. And then i go to x and this is one of the first posts i see lol. Nuclear broadcats and nuclear sirens give me goosebumps but almost in good way, i like the creep factor of it.
There's not really a lot to say unfortunately. The OP pic and video are obviously fake because there's not been many, if any, instances that have caused TV networks to revert to emergency broadcasting. As such the only examples are just crap from apocalypse movies or similar.
Hey /x/, what are some of the most unexplainably unsettling and/or disturbing videos on YouTube?
one day when i was a kid i saw a video about aliens, it was so fucking real and have no views i remember, today i cant find it
OP, have some kid show you how to use the catalog and find the perpetual YouTube thread.
>>18622923
I remember i accidentally stumbled across a bunch of news articles and videos of people recording strange trumpet sounds coming from the sky, theres like a hundred different videos of it and quite honestly, i couldnt find a single thing that seemed fake about even one of them. Each one was slightly different, and i can just imagine what it would be like to hear such a scary unexplainable noise. Its super loud and they say it sounds like its coming from literally every direction, loom it up. Try searching "unexplanable sky noise" or "sky trumpets".
Ill probably look it up in a minute and post a link.
Why did my creepy OC pictures dump get deleted?
Picture very related

Flat Earth General
For the general discussion of the theory.
Ouch last thread died... Gonna post my reply here.....
>>18616660
Okay. So well make an experiment using proper ratios. One comparable to a fun being 93 mil miles away. Well use a light source like a light bulb in a dark room, and I'll cut holes out of a piece of poster board, and well see if the rays' angles match those of the clouds and sun. You know what the answer will be.
>>18617585
(Said sun waoud be too close)
Vaporized according to how big round earthers think it is, not according to flat earthers. It smaller size equals out.
>>18617595
Yes. What do you think would exist beyond the anarctic ice wall? More flat earth ponds with their own suns. Probably think they're the only earths too. ;)
I MADE A MISTAKE EARLIER IN THIS THREAD. So I must correct it. If the earth spins at 1000mph at equator (~24000 mile circumference divided by 24 hours) divided by 60, I should have got ~16miles per MINUTE. Not seconds. Still supports my theory however, because 16mpm X 5280ft=84480ft per minute. 84480/60 gives us 1408ft per second. So at the equator, the ground beneath you moves at 1400 ftps, and your telling me I can't feel that while turning in a car, but I can't walk across a merry go round without falling down? Ballers need to explain this.
>>18617602
No one knows the cause of gravity. Not even scientists. Flat earthers can just as easily say that density gives the illusion of gravity, and it fits their model. At least they can explain why objects would float or sink with density, even if they can't explain why the direction appears up or down in reference to the ground or sky. Ballers have no idea what causes gravity in their model, and their explanation that its caused by mass isn't demonstratable down here on the ground, because "napkins don't gravitate towards large buildings, or dust doesn't get light near something large." The only evidence they have of this is shit in space, which has been proven by non flat earthers as fake already. You can't trust the bastards.

So you guys seen this new UFO video from the Chilean Navy? Here's a video of the craft releasing some sort of very hot vapour into the atmosphere:

Here's the full 10 minute footage shot from the Navy Helicopter utilising the Forward Looking Infra Red camera:

Pretty awesome to watch. Has anyone else got any new and HD UFO sightings to share?
This footage is actually from 2014, but it was being studied for 2 years by the Chilean Government and other agencies before they publicly released the footage.
so,whats the conclusion?
>>18616217
There isn't a conclusion.

-New readers should post that they're offering readings and what information they require from a querent.
-Look for their posts in the thread to determine what's needed and before posting, check if they finished reading already.
-Some readers will refuse to do certain readings - respect that choice. Also, bullshit queries will get bullshit answers.
-An "air query" can be made to no one in particular, but no one in particular may answer!
-Avoid making the same question over and over and/or to different readers, as this may lead to more confusion than clarification
-Please refer to the Dream General threads for dream interpretation
