Basic psychology imo, dark room, flickering candle, and the intent or want to see something. Brain does the rest...kinda like Bloody Mary game when I was a kid. If you don't get riled up easily, I don't think it works well. Works way better if you are somewhere you DON'T feel comfortable like your own home. We did something like this in an abandoned house. I didn't see much, but constant feeling of hairs rising up on neck and arms and the feeling your being watched.
In the end, fun way to mildly hallucinate if you are prone to suggestion.

Hey /x/, been a while since I cared to post. Any AZfriends online? Did you guys hear that noise a couple hours ago? Evidently most of the Phoenix Metro area did.
Reports of shaking and a booming sound followed by something like a broken air raid/tornado siren going off for almost two minutes.

Started with a clapping like thunder. Very much like a sonic boom but then it was followed by a whining droning sound that went on for about a minute or so. I didn't notice any shaking though.
It was almost like an air raid siren you'd see in old movies mixed with a tornado siren, but it was long and drawn out. It strangely had a pitch that I've heard before but I don't know from where, almost electric but not quite.
Whats really weird is that for a few minutes before hand I was having WiFi, Cell and Radio issues here that immediately resolved themselves after the sound went away.
Sonic boom? HAARP? Random weather phenomenon? No clue anon.

What I can say is that this was most noticed over the East Valley, areas with no Military presence.
There have been several random "thundering" sounds that proceeded this event.
The sound traveled North West and was heard as far north of Anthem and Peoria.

I think the one or both girls tried running across the creek and he caught up to them. He probably planned ahead of the kill zone and had a vehicle in or near the cemetery.

I haven't been able to share this with anyone who understood it but here goes. Have any of you achieved this weird, hyper-aware state through extreme relaxation of vacancy in thought before? On rare occasions when lying still in bed and trying to sleep I go into this trance-like state and gain this incredible awareness of my surroundings. With every breath out I can "feel" the space it goes out into and for some reason I feel ridiculously small, as if the size of the room I'm in grows to the size of the solar system.
I also see this weird vision of grey noise, (black/grey unintelligible shapes and noise, pic related) that seems to be incredibly vivid and "huge" from my perspective. This is one of the most intense feelings that I have ever experienced in my life and has only happened around 3-5 times. I almost achieved this state through meditation once. More often than not I back out to due to the sheer intensity, only made through it once I think, and feel asleep shortly after. I kept having to remind myself that I had power over it, and going through the trip would give me power.
The fuck did I experience? The 5th,7th,8th dimension? The One? Omnipotence? I've been searching for an answer for a long time and I don't know where else to turn. All I know is that these experiences have been some of the most intense moments of my life.

Hi /x/ my boyfriend and I were talking about paranormal creatures and he told me about something he's seen and I decided to ask to see if anyone knows anything about it. He told me about twice a year he sees a large creature that is somewhere between a dog and a cat. It has glowing red eyes and it's body seems to be rotting. It has made physical contact with him a few times. I looked around online a bit but I didn't find anything on it. I was wondering if anyone has had an encounter with a similar creature or knows anything about what I'm describing. Also general animal-like creature encounter thread.

Does anyone have the video with NASA footage taken orbiting the moon, where there's an invisible circular spaceship moving across the surface? Been looking all over Google with no luck. The surface of the moon looks undoubtedly distorted in a specific circular spot that moves in the footage. Most proving evidence Ive seen and I lost it.

Ok so you can hear the astronauts talking in the background. The footage is shot through the window of the spaceship. It starts with a wide shot of the lunar surface and then it zooms in on the specific part of the video and frame where an invisible rotating circle moves on the surface of the moon. The thing glides a ways casually then zooms off faster than neck.
