I keep going in and out of dreams during the day, is this a mental illness like schizophrenia or am I just sleep deprived.

>my coworker sees this and asks whats wrong
>I say nothing and that I just slipped and I look and see that the back of the cool racks are walled off so it cant be a person messing with me
I have multiple events like this happening to me, this all started earlier this year, is something wrong with me???

Vampire the Masquerade ones. Vampires who are literally undead, with a big variety of clans, disciplines and lore. I also find their struggle with the 'Beast' pretty interesting. But I don't expect real vampires to be actually like that... or maybe only have a few of their traits.
Tremere, Tzimisce and Gangrel are my favorite. Objectively the best clans.

Figure since lots of people into meditation frequent here this is an alright place to ask.
Stuff like people mentioning, one is supposed to draw breath in a way where their stomach moves and not their chest, and more scientific things like the "control pause" phase (apparently there a system of judging your health and oxygen intake level by taking a breath, exhaling, holding breath and timing how long it takes for you to get an "air hunger", anything under 60 seconds is less than ideal, 20-40 is alright, 1-20 is "unhealthy".)
I'm also trying to get into meditating in general too but my health sucks in general as well and I've been taking steps to improve it (diet mainly). Learning how to breathe falls in line with that too and so does learning how to meditate so I can calm my horrible brain.
Any help would be appreciated especially anything related to that breath control shit, I would like to have healthier lungs/.breathing etc

Hey /x/. I'm not usually on this board, but you guys seemed the best to ask about this.
I'm currently in the process of writing a screenplay for a short film, and I'm stuck trying to find the right mythical creature to fit a role.
What are some female mythical creatures that are more or less neutral / good? Something that's humanoid and is native to wooded / forest areas. The origin can honestly be from any folklore / region. I've been doing a lot of research but it's hard to narrow down results to those specifications.
The closest thing I could find to what I'm looking for so far is a Hulder / Huldra. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hulder). What are some other creatures that fit this role? And what do you know about them? If need be, I can be more specific about what roles I'd need the creature in. I'll be lurking to answer questions / talk!

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but what you're saying is that most of these creatures you mentioned inhabit some kind of spiritual nature, in that they weren't always interpreted as a being in a physical form? So like you said, in myths having humanity being formed from clay, some of these creatures could've simply once been a part of their respective origins? (i.e. a tree in the forest, essence from a swamp, lake, etc?)
