I was doing heroin with a bunch of people who were into some serious satanic shit and some of the dealer's heroin went missing. So he gave everyone some fucked up heroin with demons and shit in it. I nodded out and dreamed that I snorted heroin. The second it went in my nose I woke up and there was really something in my nose. I snorted it and it tasted awful and not like heroin at all. Then I started hearing fucked up voices and seeing real weird shit with my mind's eye. So I stood up and told it to leave with force and then I coughed up some shit and it was gone just like that. Next thing I know, the dealer left and 2 of the people who did the heroin were shitting and puking their guts up while another dude was walking around the house really fast saying he was hearing weird voices and that he had a demon in him. The demon in him began communicating to me. Made me have a solid visualization of a small little red character with the words "feed me". I moved out of that apartment shortly after. I hope they are all ok.
